Positive: convenient location (at first) and quick reply to request for car seat. Car was in good order
Negative: Poor communication. The car pickup location changed the day before start and was much further away (10 min walk turned into more line 40 minutes walking plus metro ride). The reserved parking space was taken by a squatter car and only advice given was 'park somewhere else free', which took around 1 hour to find a free street parking place in central Paris at 1am on a Sunday. The main problem is the last minute change in car pickup location without first checking if I wanted to continue the reservation, as the main reason for choosing that car was the pickup location. Not sure I would use them again unless there were more guarantees in future about original pickup location being respected, and better communication.

We rented a car via Easymove GetAround. So far the best car we used. The cleanest also and doesn't smell cigarettes. Highly recommended.

We had a terrible experience with Easymove. We arrived to where the hire car was parked but the car would not open as the battery had died. I messaged them to explain and they just said there was nothing they could do and I could just have a refund. I then explained that we were going to be trapped with no phone battery and they said again, there was nothing they could do. I called them and as I was saying who I was, they just hung up.
No concern for stranded customers at all.
If you read their negative reviews on Google, you will find lots of customers that showed up to cars that were not there, and the same generic excuse that the car had been in an accident, but the customer was not contacted.
