EasyJet holidays Ibiza Hotel Los Molinos

Easy booking process. Check in quick and efficient. Flights were good and early on both legs.
We breezed though Ibiza airport, new entry process was done in minutes.
Taxi transfers from and to the airport were great quality and on time so worth the additional cost.
Hotel exceeded our expectations, spotlessly clean, lovely garden, pool area. One bedroom apartment was spacious and suited our needs.
Breakfast excellent with a real spread of choice.
No problem with sunbeds and nice outlook over the sea.
All staff friendly and efficient.
The hotel is in a great position for bars, restaurants and Ibiza Old Town.
All in all easyJet holidays delivered everything to a great standard, I would highly recommend them

Well done Easy Jet

After a couple of bad experiences in the past with EasyJet, with staff being unhelpful and rude, it was a real breath of fresh air this time around, the staff we very welcoming and helpful, nothing seemed to much trouble

Ladies trip

Everything from the booking process to the return journey. It was so easy, and loved the fact everything was included in the price, the transfers, luggage and seats and hotel everything. It was brilliant so smooth and easy, all staff were brilliant , it was a pleasure from start to finish.

It works

Fantastic experience from start to finish

Used for an all-inclusive holiday to Malta. Booking experience was really easy, and despite looking like it was more expensive than other holiday sites, once you factor in all the included bits that you need elsewhere like luggage, transfers, etc. it actually ended up being cheaper than the alternatives. Will definitely be using to book a return trip next year

Had a fantastic time here

Had a fantastic time here, hotel was nice & clean, staff were helpful & friendly, food was good, our room was standard but room service came in every day & was always clean & tidy! Not an issue as far as we’re concerned as we don’t holiday to sit in a room

Return flight time was perfect!

Return flight time was perfect!
Breakfast in hotel was top notch.
Rooms cleaned daily, and towels if required.
A full week without an insect bite.... possibly a first for me.
Staff were impeccable..... Twinkle (If I was 50 years younger I'd have proposed!), Eleni and Mary Rose stand out.

Flights were very good

Flights, transfers and hotel were all good. We enjoyed the quietly efficient service at the hotel and felt the food and beverage to be good. Out only issue was describing a floor to ceiling window as a balcony. Surely to be a balcony you should be able to sit on it.

Holiday reference 8426635 Kerr worst…

Holiday reference 8426635 Kerr worst ever company had a 60th birthday for Tunisia next April their app crashed few times was ment to be 2 rooms nothing from them after writing a complaint flights where wrong and had to be changed so to much hassle after paying £300 almost think was only give £120 to be only used for a future holiday to which rather would off had all my money back and then rebook with yourself s making sure it was ok

Your reply doesn't solve the issue just typical easyJet making it harder under the circumstances with no compassion

Booking with EasyJet was very easy

Booking with EasyJet was very easy. Communication via email was very good
Great Hotel apart from the lack of toiletries in the bathroom. No slippers No shower cap No amenities really that 5 star hotels should provide.
Staff at Sheraton miramar El Gouna were great.

Lovely holiday!

The holiday was excellent! Hotel Kissos in Paphos was quiet and very comfortable. All the staff were helpful and kind, from Tina on Reception, to Agithi in the restaurant to housekeeping - nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant provision was plentiful, well cooked and with lots of choice. Flights and pickups were well organised and very easy.

Just returned from a wonderful easyJet…

Just returned from a wonderful easyJet holiday in Malta, staying at Reviera Spa and resort. Lovely staff lovely hotel. We went bed and breakfast and the selection of food was amazing. All round great time.

Check out process and internet connection

All the process was basically smooth and without any problems, the check out process on the way back is very strict and if you don't have everything in place you may stay longer at the airport or destination. Poor internet at the airport.

Ultimate flexibility?

So easyJet holidays have changed the cancellation policy so that you only now get 1x cancellation for holiday credit before losing your deposit - which used to be unlimited.
The entire reason we always booked with them was the flexibility they offered with changing bookings, when compared to other holiday providers, especially when you book so far in advance. Things change, new reviews get posted, new hotels become available, some destinations have issues arise that could affect tourists and people change their minds..
Honestly, what was it to easyJet to refund a low deposit as a holiday credit? They knew they had you on the hook for thousands of pounds to pay for the holiday at that point, even if you do cancel and rebook a few times within the 12 month window because you find a different holiday that you’d prefer.
Didn’t realise the policy had changed (holiday was booked prior to the changes) so when we tried to change we were told we can either cancel outright and lose the deposit or pay an admin fee of £40pp - the deposits were only £60pp. Customer service agent just parroted ‘the policy has now changed there’s nothing we can do’.
So we will cancel and easyJet can keep our £360 but lose the other £6-10k that we would’ve paid this year and every year - as we’d never book with them again now out of principle.
Hope other travellers who value flexibility get the chance to read this before getting stung by this policy change like us.

Easy booking experience the app with a better price that I could get by booking hotel and flights separately. For us the fact that they was do sign of any rep or any communication was absolutely fine but other people might need a rep whilst they were on holiday.

EasyJet holiday in Crete

Just returned from a weeks holiday in Crete with EasyJet holidays. Everything about the holiday was spot on. The booking process was simple and had great options for paying off the holiday however we wanted. The flights were perfect with great luggage allowance and such helpful and friendly ground staff and cabin crew. Hotel transfers were great, on time, clean and a good drive. Hotel was perfect and as described. I will always be looking to use easyJet holidays again.
