Excellent service you get what you expect and for the right price

great company great value for money great holidays what more would you want

4th time fantastic atmosphere at resort people make the holiday. St. Nicholas needs to give it a make over but a great holiday everyone talks to everyone and thats what makes this place good and the food and staff.

After checking in with plenty of time we were not informed needed 6 months after return date. Holiday was ok. No ac on return flight so was very warm.

No problem with booking and the flights, holiday plus transfers were all good and the hotel (Marhaba Club) was ideal for days round the pool or on their beach. The only let down was Sousse itself, its very dirty and run down once away from the hotel.

We have travelled with easyJet holidays on many occasions, both city breaks and beach holidays.
They have always been efficient and reliable.
The hotel descriptions when booking are accurate and transfers are on time and reliable.
The easyJet app keeps you well informed.

Great airline to fly with and the hotel staff were very kind and helpful definitely stay again at Sunset beach club.

Just returned from a week in Corfu.

Booking our holiday was easy, was contacted regularly with countdown and reminders to check in etc. Online check in was easy enough.

Flight outbound was delayed but was a knock on effect from the morning schedule.

Passport control and bag collection was very quick and straightforward.

Transfer provider was waiting for us on our arrival. Which was great as I was worried it wouldn’t be there with us being late arriving. Very friendly driver.

Hotel staff checked us in, was past midnight when we arrived. They took us with our luggage to our room in a mini bus and assisted us up stairs with bags.

Breakfast was lovely and so was the evening meals. You had to purchase drinks with evening meals but tea coffee and juice were provided with breakfast. Wasn’t an issue for us though.

All the staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The room was tidied regularly and the hotel in general was extremely clean and tidy. They even provided a mini bus every 30mins (when available) to drop you off at the bottom of the mountain where there were other restaurants, bus stops and access to a very pretty pebbled beach. Where there were more restaurant/bars.

All the meals in the hotel were lovely with a variety of choices. We ate out a few times and each time that was very enjoyable too.

We had a late night flight home and was able to book with reception to extend our room for the day so that we weren’t hanging around all for 9 hours waiting to be picked up. Which was very much appreciated.

Transfer back to the airport was on time, very smartly dressed driver in an executive mini bus collected us.

Check in was fine and so was boarding. Flight home was good too.

All in all very enjoyable experience even with the slight flight delays.

Great from start to finish, few usual hiccups like 20 min delays , but thats nothing to do with easyjet, loved our holiday to paphos, and will do it all over again next year :-) the booking process was very easy, the staff were lovely,

THE DOWNSIDES OF IT IS..TO GET TO THE BEACH IN A FRIGGIN NIGHTMARE..WHAT A WALK NOT GOOD FOR FOLKS WITH DISABILITIES, LIKE ME.!!
CRAP ENTERTAINMENT IN HOTEL...NEEDS A MASSIVE OVERHAUL AND REVAMP, NOTHING GOOD ALL DAY AND NIGHT..
BEWARE....IF YOU GAY..THEN THIS HOTEL WILL SUIT YOU...LOADS OF GAY MEN (COUPLES) AND THE TOWN AREA IS ABSOLUTELY RIDDLED WITH GAY BARS AND CLU TYPES, WHILST ITS MASSIVELY PROMINENT, THEY ARE AT IT IN THE STREETS, NOT NICE FOR KIDS TO SEE THIS BY ANY STANDARDS. DOEASNT REALLY BOTHER ME BUT EVERY TURN IN THE TOWN AERA AND STREETS AND DARK ALLEYs ITS IN YOU FACE, WHICH ISNT GOOD.
AS SOME PEOPLE TOLD US....**THIS IS THE GAY CAPITAL OF MAINLAND SPAIN OUTWITH GRAN CANARIA...AND ITS CERTAINLY VERY TRUE 100%.
APRT FROM THAT..A DECENT WEEKS HOLIDAY..BUT WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN TO TORREMOLINOS.... AS THATS TWICE NOW TO 2 DIFFERENT AREAS..SO BE WARNED WHAT TO EXPECT AND SEE..
TRIPS FROM HOTEL ARE GARBAGE..NEED TO GO TO BENALMADENA FOR BOAT TRIPS AND MARINA AREA, AND TAXIs NOT CHEAP EITHER.. WE WE THERE FROM
15TH - 23RD SE[T 2026 AND WERE 3HRS DELAYED COMING BACK TO GLASGOW..

Have used easyholidays several times, and will only book with them, we don’t even bother looking elsewhere!
Just come back from Croatia, fantastic week, spotless accommodation and location.
No issues from the day we booked till the day we came home, from check-in staff, cabin crew (customer service 10/10) transfers to and from the hotel, cannot fault.
Have told family and friends to only book with easy holidays for a hassle free holiday.
100% recommend!!!

Great value for money holidays, very competitive prices compared to traditional holiday companies. Good flight times on most destinations. Have used easyJet for my last 3 holidays because they have come out as best for price, location and flight times. Have always had good experiences with cabin crew. Love their duty free shopping have got some bargains on fragrance and cosmetics .

Booked with EasyJet, for my wife’s birthday. Chose HD Parque cristobel in Gran Canaria. Had a lovely break in a spot on Hotel. Would recommend the whole experience 5 star from me

We were sent to a hotel that was only for French visitors entertainment in French and any trips were only for French visitors we felt very left out. Maintenance around hotel was very poor and food cold!

We recently stayed in Benidorm at the Hotel Pueblo.
Overall it was a happy and good time had by all.
No issues at all with Easy Jet, indeed they were very helpful arranging flight assistance for my daughter who broke a bone in her foot on our second day.
The hotel overall was very good with excellent facilities with only one minor gripe in as much as sometimes in the morning breakfast, some of the “hot” food was only tepid.
But that apart, all aspects of the Hotel Pueblo and Easy Jets assistance was faultlesss
