I hosted a site cmserver1.com with easyhost. They suspended my site after 5 months without any notice and without giving any cogent reason. I issued several tickets and called several times but they were very rude. I inquired the reason but they even didn't given heed to my demand of getting a single reason of service clousure. They are simply very unreliable, unresponsive, rude, irresponsible people.
Don't Purchase anything from them, i have to change nameservers of my domain. And i requested them to change it. They reply me after 24 Hours. And they said they changed it but when i checked it didn't happen and i checked after 24 hours also but same. And then i reply them about the issue they reply me after 24 hours. Amd they said the domain did not belong to us.. lol i have purchased from their website and now they are denying.
Please beware and do not buy anything from them.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had. They are just trying to make a sale and then arguing. Always behaving like enemies. Never try this and don’t waste your money.
Well we only use it for purchasing .pk domains. They have a dummy website that keeps on signing you out on every click. No domain control, no payment gateway, everything is manual via WhatsApp. Even their ticket system is useless. They are a reseller in hosting so no trust of that also. They have dummy nameserver change request in panel. For changing nameservers you'll need to generate a ticket first, then contact them via WhatsApp. Then wait for the working hours and then 48 hours for propagation. I was to rate 0 star but 1 start is for offering service to purchase .pk domains. That's it!
I have used easyhost.pk for 2 years - there SSD servers are stable and I have not had any issues after moving to their SSD server. Good efforts
Bad experience. I want to move my domain but they are not allowing it. Then my domain expired and want to renew they are saying it's not renewable because it's taken my someone else. I searched this domain no one took this domain. Spam company
website is currently un accessible - very strange problem is occuring, Transworld ISP cannot access website, Zong mobile internet can (infact now that is not working either)
