Easy Homeschool Reporter was built by a New York homeschool mom with 20 years of experience filing this exact paperwork. After two decades of helping families navigate NY's homeschool requirements, through one-on-one guidance, workshops, and conventions, I built a tool to make that process easier for everyone else going through it too. New York requires families to file seven documents every year: a Letter of Intent, an IHIP, four quarterly reports, and an annual written assessment. High schoolers also need a transcript for college applications. Most families end up staring at a blank page each quarter, unsure what to write or whether they've covered everything required. Easy Homeschool Reporter changes that. Build your IHIP once, and your quarterly reports, topics, and transcript come together from that same information. No retyping subjects and curriculum every few months. The app includes an 800+ title curriculum library, so entering your books is quick, and it's built to follow NY's Part 100.10 requirements so you know you're covering what's actually required. Whether you're new to homeschooling in New York and not sure where to start, or you've been doing this for years and are tired of rebuilding the same paperwork every quarter, Easy Homeschool Reporter is built specifically for NY families, not a generic 50-state tool treating New York as one of fifty checkboxes. I am so happy I found the Easy…

I am so happy I found the Easy Homeschool Reporter. The platform is very user friendly. So far it has saved me a lot of time and there’s the extra assurance that I am not missing anything, as it’s tailored to NY state.

So much better than hand writing these…

So much better than hand writing these things! I passed the PDFs along to the district, and I also used them with Claude AI, to generate weekly schedules for each child. that would be a good next feature! have EasyHomeschoolReport take the IHIP list of courses and generate a calendar/schedule for each child's tasks.

A life-saver for our homeschool

This is SUCH a great service. All of the forms are so professional-looking and clean. It is now so much easier to sit down and do paperwork. I will be a long-time user for sure - thank you for such a wonderful resource!

A NY homeschool mama’s best friend!

Easy Homeschool Reporter has been so helpful this past year with writing my reports to send to the school district. With 3 kids to report for, EHR keeps me organized and helps me to make sure I’m following NYS laws and regulations. I will definitely continue to use this program!!

I swear by Easy Homeschool Reporter and Erin

I swear by Easy Homeschool Reporter and will subscribe each year until my daughter is done with Acellus Academy. It truly saves hours...IHIP done in minutes. Quarterly reports...simple and quick. Erin is quick to answer questions and can troubleshoot any problem (got back to me within minutes, not days)". In fact I met with the head of Capital Region HS at BOCES and she said "Oh,you're the one that has the really nice looking reports!" I'm a boomer so this stuff doesn't come easy to me!!
