It took 24 hours for them to set up the server. Then they emailed me a username and password that don't work. I've been waiting 4 days for them to respond to my request for help.

BEWARE: The client area on their website offers no way to cancel your account. That should be under ACCOUNT, but it's not. It's not anywhere.

I signed up for a month of their Dark and Light servers but unfortunately they were out. So within an hour of my ticket they offered to try buying another server for my use or give me a full refund. They were very professional and kind. Their customer support is superb!

There is no response. I requested a refund within 24 hours because their setup was not instant at all. Its been 4 weeks now and my support ticket for the refund is still open with no reply from them.

If you want the absolute worst game hosting provider in the world then this is for you!

Took them 10 hours to setup the server (so much for instant).
Don't reply on any support tickets at all (got 3 tickets which are over a week old by now).

Take your money elsewhere, this feels like a scam.

Also I can't find a cancel button for the service.

Hosting a Wreckfest server was quick & easy. I got it setup in Sydney Australia getting around 30ms ping from Brisbane which is good. It has a solid connection up to 24 players.

Support was very friendly and helped me get my server up and running. It's running flawlessly! My CS experience was great & I really like their dashboard look.

Instant setup, fast support, great pricing on game servers and VPS. Plenty of data centers.

'Instant' server set up didn't happen. Logged a ticket with their support, and next morning I had a response saying it would be set up within an hour. 5 hours later, still not set up, no further messages from them. Requested a refund.

Double billed me, and when I asked for a refund, they disabled my account. Still waiting on the refund for it. They have now deleted all of my server information/data because I simply wanted a refund on the double-billed amount. Stay far away. Pay a little more for better service. Customer service is awful.

Suspended my account because they couldn't solve their own problem

I purchased a 7D2D server that was labeled "instant setup", promising to get us into the server quickly. The server took a whole day to be activated. Even then, we were unable to access it because no information was given to me about how to find the server or access it. I opened a support ticket and instead of being helped out, they simply suspended my account. Now I am banned from their website, while signed up for automatic payments on a server that I don't have access to. If anyone has any information on how I can take legal action on this, let me know.

Great Support Team! Tried some other hosting sites but I like this one the best. They have a good community and apparently they are gamers themselves.

I'm Happy! Everything was easy to learn and the support is pretty helpful. And the prices are the cheapest I could find.
