Never arrived. Ordered and paid May 27, got numerous emails "tracking updates" with product leaving Poland, arriving in US, going through customs, etc. Tracking number proved to be bogus. When I attempted to get further information I was given a different tracking number with note that the product was coming from China and I should be patient. 2 months later -- nothing.

Less than 1 if possible. SCAM! Ordered early May, given shipping number, never arrived. No phone number to contact anyone. Customer service is a joke- as others stated. Same image for different names and generic poorly phrased excuses.

The same situation as everyone else. I ordered over 2 months ago and still have not received it. I keep getting the same canned response " We understand your frustration. You will receive it, trust me. We have asked the shipping company to update the tracking info". It arrived in the US on 6/1 and still no updates and still waiting for my order. I would never order from this company again. Time to request a refund from Paypal!

Add my name to the growing list of duped customers who ordered six weeks ago and have received nothing but numerous messages promising delivery from places like Spain and Canary Islands.

DO NOT ORDER FROM EASYFROT.COM!!! They took my money, and after six weeks I still do not have my product. Reached out to their customer service twice with no reaponse. The tracking number has not updated for over two weeks. I have called my bank and disputed the charge! Total scam, or else poor business! Unhappy customer!!

DON'T BUY IT'S ALL A SCAM! I received numerous status updates abd no where did I see when ordering they were coming from Ireland. Then one email said it was Ireland Customs and the next day delivered to my door with tracking number. How can that be? I wrote to the company numerous time stating it wasn't delivered and they told me to check my video camera.
I don't have one nor my $89.00 in flowers. They suggested I contact the Post Office and they have no record of their tracking number or any packages being delivered. Still they insists it was delivered so I put in a detailed dispute with PayPal and PayPal denied my claim because they provided an bogus tracking number. I WISH I HAS RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY BEFORE I ORDERED AND WILL DO SO FROM NOW ON. TRYST I WON'T EVER ORDER AGAIN FROM ANY FACEBOOK ADS EITHER. It's Amazon for me.

Oh my goodness! Had I read the reviews I would have never ordered! Ordered May 2, and still waiting,,!! Can't track anymore because the # doesn't correlate with U S tracking!! I emailed and called ...lesson learned --never purchase before viewing reviews! Prayerfully it will arrive before the end of summer!

Do not order from this company. I have a case open with PayPal now. These are the flimsiest flowers I have ever seen. Go to the Dollar Store or Walmart if you want better looking flowers.

I have asked to return them for a refund, they will not accept returns. I most likely will never get my money back.

Hopefully this review will save someone else from making a big mistake and lose your money.

It has taken over 60 days and still no sign of arrival. Tracking is pure fiction - dispatched from Italy to Sante Fe? Also added on fictitious “sales tax”. Submitted complaint to Paypal. They offered to refund the overcharge but still in dispute for something that was supposed to ship from within the US in 7-10 days and that I still have not received! I don’t need these faux flowers anymore. They are no longer doing business as easyfrot on Instagram. Fool me once…

I am not making a review of the fake flowers I ordered on 06/07/24, just commenting on how long it is taking. It appears my order started shipping from Ireland, and is now in the US. I notice most or all of the poor reviews are about the fake flowers, which look beautiful in the pictures, but seem to be small and not so beautiful when they are delivered. I'm trying to be patient, and hopeful that this order will arrive soon and I won't be totally disappointed. I was just scammed through a clever account on Cashap and lost a lot of money. I am really hoping this is not a scam.

I ordered 2 fake hanging flowers on May 1 still have not recieved. Have emailed them 3 times. They just say in transit. I will be asking for a refund. I believed I got scammed

I ordered may 2, fake flowers, it’s definitely a scam would give it minus 10 if it was an option. First got a tracking # that said it was coming from Ireland of all places then when I reported to PayPal they were sent a different tracking # coming from China. It just arrived June 22 and it is definitely not was advertised. DO NOT ORDER

Ordered in April. Tracking number said order was in US.. over a month ago. Originated in Finland. This is odd because the email address is in Chinese. Red flag. I paid thru PayPal. I received my refund after 3 requests from seller

I ordered 2 silk flower baskets May 7th still nothing. Everything I contact them they are trying to get shipping updates but nothing. Will be calling my credit company tomorrow to see if I can get a refund

I would give 0 but not an option. Same scenario as others. Ordered fake flowers May 3, 2024. Today is June 18. Supposed tracking (with a tracking number that doesn't go with any of the US carriers I tried) ends June 1 in Charlotte, NC. Nothing further beyond that. "Be patient" from customer service. I have called my credit card company, which has taken their money back. Now its on Easyfrot to prove they delivered my flowers.

I ordered artificial flowers from them on may 2nd. Now june 18th and still don't have product. They are not responding to my emails.
Please remove them from facebook!

I can’t even give this a one star . My ferns were very small !!!! I could have went to the Dollar Tree and save $79.00. And they would look the same .
Total Rip off / scam . Store front looks nice , but it’s not . Save your money .

I ordered fake flowers May 1, 2024. They say 5-7 day delivery. I got parts of 2 orders May 26 and 28. They to9k nearly 3 weeks to clear customs in Norway. My large order has been In Grand Rapids, USA since June 1. I have asked for a refund They have refused. I ordered 4 lovely looking ferns, I received 8 that were skimpy and very fake looking put 2 together and had to trim them to make them look good. Received pansy flowers, very fake and no leaves.
