I applied my visa and was rejected, i call australia embasssy in malaysia she said normally cannot be rejected. so please refund my payment if rejected and please do something. i will fly soon.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use. They made a mistake with my visa but the customer service response was swift so I could make my flight and also got a refund from them.

Great Service

I have had many Australian Visas over the last 20 years. I have been using ETA for at least the last 10 years. The one time I made a mistake they were very courteous and helpful. The Visa always arrives electronically within 24 hours. You can't do better then that!
