Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It sounds like there’s been some confusion around our ASIC compliance plan’s terms and the associated costs. We understand that this may be frustrating, especially if you were under the impression that the plan lasted longer than a year.
Our records show that your initial plan, purchased two years ago, was valid for 12 months and was billed annually at $199. This annual billing cycle was stated on both the invoice and the payment page.
Unfortunately, as it wasn’t renewed after it lapsed in December 2023, which may explain why you weren’t able to update your company’s address through that service.
We appreciate your feedback and I apologise if all efforts we made to present it as an annual plan we're still not clear enough.

It’s simple, informative, and very easy to use. I even came back for help with transferring a business name. No I was not paid for this recommendation. I don’t often write reviews. But when things just work it’s worthwhile promoting.
