Quite happy with the Shamrock awning itself during the good weather but 1st night of rain experience was a disaster it leaked like a sieve 👎👎👎

My first experience was very positive.

I received no reply to any of my queries sent via the web form. The replacement poles I ordered had a part missing so I had to take one apart in the end.
Update - the only reply I had was an automated one acknowledging my query. No actual answer!

Tent as expected. Small hole in mesh on one of the vents, which is a shame, will be easier to sew it up than box up and post back as faulty though. And took nearly 10days for delivery rather than 5.

Terrible customer service response - or rather zero response. I have emailed Easy Camp twice and received confirmation that they will get back to me and then …..nothing.

After 10 days I am still waiting the order to arrive and still waiting my questions to the customer service to be answered.

I've ordered a tent with 2 chairs and was quite impressed by the quality of both products. The fabric on the chairs and tent is thick and well stitched.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a tent that Said ”fire recistant” in the info, when I store for safety of we coupe pit in a stove it took 3 weeks ti get a response that ”sorry that you have to wait, we will get back to you soon”.

Two weeks later got the same response.

Bought what we thought was the perfect tent for us… Palmdale 800 lux. On our first camp of the season… we had mild rain for two nights and encountered a leaky seam which gave us a puddle in the tent. The third party company we bought the tent through were fabulous and contacted easycamp on our behalf. We were sent some seam sealant and a £170 easycamp voucher which were we’re delighted with (despite there being nothing in stock on easycamp website so can’t actually spend the voucher!). The second camp of the season… the tent has been binned half way through our trip. Absolutely useless. With slightly more rain this time… it also rained inside the tent! We had to sit inside the bedroom pods as this was the only place we weren’t getting wet. We encountered two split poles with some windy weather… we’re experienced campers and yet to ever experience a split pole so not sure if it was just flimsy poles or bad luck. The tent has done a grand total of 7 nights over two trips. Really disappointed and would not buy from them again.

One night of rain and the tent was full of water puddles. Used it for a total of 4 nights. Zip broke on day 2. Nice and compact but wouldn't recommend unless you know there are clear skies. Wipe the outside and it seeps through.

Very good quality, well designed product. Competitive pricing. Fast despatch. Overall a great experience. 🤗
