45 euro for a pair of useless earphones. The endurance of the battery is way lower then they say. After a while the earphone sound drops out all the time.

Purchased two sets and both pairs worked equally poorly; no charging, bad sound, callers couldn’t hear and intermittent connectivity. Returned for refund after some initial email communication and now they refuse to return emails and of course no refund has been made.

These are just TW60 earbuds which you can buy for £4 from Wish or less than £10 on eBay.
They haven't even gone through the trouble if repackaging or relabeling.
I wouldn't have minded of it was actually any good but they are selling you a super budget pair of headphones as if they are premium.
Avoid!

This has been the strangest experience ever.
I got a few ”your status has been updated”, but the tracking number links never worked. The various updates linked me to different carriers but never got any valid hits with the tracking number.
When I finally got the ”right” update was when the link linked me to DHL and the shipment was returned to sender.
The funny thing about that is that when I mailed them two weeks prior (when the shipment apparently had arrived) they answered ”we will try to get it to you as soon as possible”, so even they had any idea where the stuff was. No notification what so ever.
And now they did the exact same thing again. Not able to provide a valid tracking number. And blaming me for not picking it up, even though they never notified Me. They sent Me a tracking number a few days ago, which apparently was ten days after it was returned.

So funny on their website its all 5* reviews and then i see trustpilot barely any good reviews.
Mine took about a month to come which wasnt a problem but they are supposed to last 4hours and mine dont even last 2hours I have been in touch with their customer service team and nothing is being resolved as this product is a disgrace. They should either send me a pair which work the way they are supposed to or just give me a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

0% satisfaction guaranteed. So bad. So very disappointed. Doesn’t work as advertised. Doesn’t work properly. On top of these, it took two months before I got mine. Yes, it was the pandemic period but two months!!!!!
Just plain bad service and unprofessional. Zero star.

Really bad cheap earbuds. Found them selling for 10$ on aliexpress aswell.
Contacted easybuds for refund since the earpods stopped working correctly as they promised on their website, they refused then ignored me. While they were working the earbuds was not of good quality to begin with. Wasted money.

I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before purchasing, as all the reviews on the website itself are good (realized when I submitted mine afterwards that they have to be approved by the developer - no wonder there are only good reviews on there!!!!) Here's what I submitted on the EasyBuds website, which will likely never be displayed:

I was really looking forward to using these headphones, they are really cute! They seem like they are some kind of Chinese knock off being resold online however. The user manual is full of really badly translated English, which made me suspicious before I even used them. I went to test the headphones and the sound quality whilst listening to music is not great. I bought them mostly for the wireless bluetooth microphone, I called my friend to test them out and he said my voice sounded like I was talking inside a dome and really echoey - so completely unusable for my purposes and a waste of money. DO NOT BUY, complete waste of my money.

I received a box with no Easybuds branding.

The box says TW60 and had instruction manuals in Chinese and English. Felt like a Chinese made white label product.

The headphones itself felt like low quality plastic and the left one didn’t work.

If you Google TW60 - you will find them, the exact same ones, on multiple other websites for $15.
