I was absolutely delighted with the service and recommendations giving when I walked into the shop at castle point. The last was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. She helped with measurements and I placed the order. Once it came into the store I was contacted. Again, the lady was so pleasant. I won’t hesitate to use the store again due to the 5* service. I’d also recommend easybathrooms.

First class service
We purchased a new bath, W.C, Washbasin and shower unit. Excellent service, delivered on the date expected. They were very helpful in store when looking through the items we needed. When our fitter was putting it together we noticed the tap unit for the Washbasin was missing. The staff in store were very helpful and found us a replacement they had in stock.

I couldn’t recommend Easy Bathrooms Castle point in Bournemouth more. Victoria and Dani were both helpful and very professional. Victoria was very responsive to any queries. Her design was very good and offered lots of answers for a small space. Thank you for your patience and professionalism. Will highly recommend
