My experience purchasing my car was a very smooth process

Upon arrival i was greeted by Robert who came out immediately to assist me. I told him what i was looking for and what i needed. He gave me a quick run down on a few vehicles that met the needs of what i was looking for and helped me narrow it down to the one that filled in all the blanks. His attention to details on what i needed made this visit quick and easy. The fact that I was there to purchase by myself not knowing anything about cars he took the time to explain to me the difference in what i needed for space, dependability & longevity and i truly appreciated that. After making my purchase a few days later Robert and Hamza reached out to make sure I was enjoying the car and everything was okay. Ive never had a dealership to call a few days later for anything. When you drive off the lot you drive off the lot... I explained to them the problem I was having and they took care of it immediately no questions asked. Again I have never had this type of customer service when dealing with dealerships and this was top tier above and beyond. The name should be WE CARE AUTO! because they truly do care about their customers. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy with no problems. Service here was greatly appreciated and i would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a car and want to be treated like they matter and not just another person on the lot shopping. The car definitely is not up to par as it should have and they make you get extra coverage on the car that isn't needed, especially when you already have full coverage. As I look back, I would have done more research on the company.

Absolutely awesome service from start to finish.
They got me the bike I've wanted for years at a reasonable cost, got me passed on finance even though my credit at the moment is only in the high 600's and had the bike delivered to my house.
My next vehicle purchase will be from easy auto now they have shown me how easy they are to work with ❤️
