We are a locally based, family owned business. Our family has been in the automobile and auto-finance business since 1911. Easy Auto was started in 1991 in Cleveland, Tennessee. We now have additional locations in Chattanooga, Murfreesboro, and Knoxville, Tennessee, as well as in Rome and Dalton, Georgia. We Specialize in Second Chances. We understand that bad things happen to good people, so we make our financing decisions differently than banks or franchised car dealerships. Easy Auto is known as one of the leading buy here pay here used car dealerships in our area, while offering a new car buying experience along the way. We report to all three major credit bureaus. We want to help people with bad credit, no credit, bankruptcies, and repossessions re-establish themselves. We have never sold any of our accounts, so our customers deal with us from the first payment to the last and we get to know our customers along the way.

Our salesperson (April) was very helpful and if we had questions she answered them. If she was not exactly sure about a question she would ask to make sure she had the right answer. I would recommend her to anyone. She makes sure you know everything that is going on.

This is our 3rd car purchase from easy auto. Great customer service and great cars! They have their own finance company so it's helpful if you don't have great credit and low down payments make it....well easy. 😁
