Do not use this company, avoid at all costs.
Firstly, the apartment is advertised as ‘luxurious’. The only thing that’s luxury about it is the size and balcony.
It was cleaned to a very poor standard. We noted the following issues:
- Heavy (disgusting) staining on all carpets.
- Broken bedside table drawers.
- Disgusting looking marks on the bedroom blinds.
- The frying pans provided do not work on the hob (the hob is an induction hob only - they provided one on the fourth day of our stay).
- Broken utensil.
- Bed sheet staining.
- No bath plug, so we can’t use the bath for the toddlers (we purchased one from the Range)
- Tears to the sofa’s
- Insufficient amenities for 8 people (not enough glasses/bowls)
- Poor internet connection (intermittent).
- Dishwasher requires salt (that purchased ourselves)
Easy2manage were unhelpful and disagreed with all of the above. We were accused of just trying to get a discount. They also claimed the bedside table wasnt broken prior to our stay though fortunately I took photos and timestamped everything when I entered at check in.
Don’t stay anywhere that is managed by Easy2manage.
I recently booked a 3-bedroom penthouse for 6 guests for a 3-day holiday stay, and I must say, this has been the worst experience ever. We arrived at the property only to find that the boiler and heating system were not working. This meant we had no hot water and were left to spend our nights in cold rooms.
We immediately contacted the property manager, Raza, several times to resolve this issue. Despite our numerous calls and messages, Ra** did not respond or even acknowledge our complaint. This lack of response and responsibility is utterly unacceptable.
Our entire holiday was ruined due to this extreme inconvenience. We had to endure cold showers and freezing nights, which is not what we expected when we booked a supposedly luxurious penthouse. After trying to reach out to them around a dozen times with no response, we had no choice but to check into the nearest hotel, adding more unexpected expenses to our trip.
We wasted £583 on this property, which is a significant inconvenience and disappointment for us. I strongly advise against booking with this property manager. Their lack of communication and disregard for their guests' comfort made our holiday an absolute nightmare. Save your money and avoid this property at all costs.

The flats are good if they are clean and prepared for the guests. When we got there it was absolute mess and there was content which is actually prohibited in UK, especially if you have a kid along with you. There was absolutely no heating working. They moved us to the other flat next door but it was the same situation over there which was not resolved till next morning. We were in the apartment from 14-17 Dec and then from 22nd-4th Jan and not a single day anyone visited to clean the place which was absolutely terrible. To worsen the whole scenario the security deposit which they charged and paid instantly before arrival is not paid back so far without any justification or any communication so far. I have written emails and numerous international calls but no one responds even so kindly if you are asked for deposit of £250/- please avoid. Well my suggestion would be to avoid it anyways unless you have no other option. Usually I never give bad reviews as that hurts business but I have waited far too long and informed the E2M management of consequences. If they want to build their reputation and client relationship it’s not the best way. The location of flat is good but management is horrible and by any means don’t deserve any recommendations.
So I initially went to book via Air B&B and they messaged and said if I booked directly with them they could offer a better rate, so I did as I thought it would be helpful to them with fees etc. After staying at the property I can see why this was encouraged so there would be no repercussions for a complaint. I have sent several emails (to which not one has been responded or acknowledged). Major health and safety issue within the building where several nails were protruding and in-fact sliced a guests foot. They did respond to the first email I sent confirming they had several apartments in the block but after I sent the complaint no response. Several other maintenance issues to which again no response. Absolutely disgusting service and would not recommend.
I have 4 properties in London and from the day I started to use this company it gave me freedom and on the other hand my business is even better that means better money. Costumer service and respond time is very quick doesn’t matter it’s day or night. Through their software I can check all my complete report with clarity. Jerry
