Ordered several plants from Eastern Tropicals. Always amazing communication and packaging, even during colder temperatures. Plants are recieved in great condition and are exactly as depicted in photos (except one that turned out a lot larger instead)

Purchased 2 beautiful plants from ET. Plants are good size and super healthy. Delivered quickly, well packed. No signs of any damage. Excellent value for money. I have purchsed from this seller many times before, and have always been extremely happy with all my plants. Sarah is a very conscientous seller. You can tell she is passionate about her plants, and would not ship them until she is happy with them. Highly recommended.

This is absolutely one of my favourite plant shops. Great selection, pictures look exactly like the plant you'll be getting. I ordered I believe 3 times with 5 plants, all have been great quality and packaged brilliantly. Would highly recommend!

When I’m looking for new plants especially anthuriums I always look at Eastern Tropicals first. Sarah at Eastern Tropicals is by far the number 1 seller of rare plants in the UK. I've got a large collection and have bought plants from many sellers. Sarah is the only person I 100% trust to deliver the healthiest plants. The plants she has are fully ready to be sold when she markets them, unlike many other sellers that are trying to sell as quickly as possible. At eastern tropicals the plants care comes first and its absolute top notch

Very happy, swift delivery and love the Thiccly Grow Poles, I use aroid mix and or Tree Fern Substrate in mine, so much better than moss.

The plant I ordered was very well packaged and as described, I’d looked for it for so long online, it was all but impossible in the UK and even trying to find it to import was a struggle. I was beyond elated to find it here, you should’ve seen my face! Thankyou for a great service. :)

I've bought from a few shops lately with less than adequate packaging, but ET's packaging is one of, if not the best. And Sarah is always friendly, happy to help and knows a lot about plants. You'll always know her plants have been acclimatisated and are happy before leaving her.

I'm hanging my head in shame for not writing a rave review of Eastern tropicals before now . I've lost count of the plants I've bought from Sarah. (Only 1...if you see my other half...ok!!) 100% everything !!! You will not go wrong here whether you are new to plants or have a few more (like me) 😉

I can't recommend Eastern Tropicals enough. Their plants are very very reasonably priced (in a market that is heavily saturated with inflated prices) and the plants I ordered have arrived in absolutely stunning condition. The dispatch and delivery time was quick and the level of care/effort put into the packaging is a level or two above anything I've seen/recieved before. I was completely blown away by the plants and I can't wait to return to the store for more orders.

I’ve had more than a dozen plants from Eastern Tropicals and all have been beautiful, exceptionally well-packed and super healthy. One leaf had some water damage (which was in no way detrimental to the plant) and on mentioning it to Sarah she immediately apologised that it was sent out and sent me a voucher for my next order. She’s so knowledgeable and passionate about plants and is always there for advice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I know I’ll be buying many more. Thanks Sarah 💚
