Lived here almost two years having moved from another county which was awful to say the least antisocial central! I am angry when it comes to support/service as a paying counsel tax person. Nothing gets done. I have reported multiple issues that's going on. LOADS of Noise pollution, antisocial behavior which continues and no police around other than weirdly in the day time, littering +theft. These are issues that are ongoing. Rather than sort these things out the council raise the tax and nothing gets done ! Difficult to get hold of. A lot of the times I've emailed them I get a generic reply which I cant reply back to . I've felt gas lid more than once when I've reported certain things. Had to obtain photos before being believed on one occasion. Not efficient when it comes to serving the community.

I am having the worst year of my life.To compound this I now have the East Devon District Council trying to issue me a Community Protection Warning.I have tried to tell them that my household is actually the one that needs this issued against the householders that are accusing us of malicious and unfounded allegations.
The paperwork arrived today and I returned it unopened as I had literally just put my Beloved Cat down that I have had for 14 years. This is heartless timing on top of it being a Bank Holiday Weekend.
I also am suffering from severe Mental health that I am about to have some intensive treatment over the next 6 weeks and this episode has put me in a very dark place.I am a very gentle person who is eccentric and a bit different from the mainstream crowd. Please can my victimisation and bullying stop and someone show me some compassion.I just want to live a quite life with my remaining cats get treatment for my mental health and get back into work. Some support would be welcome.I said in emails I would be happy to have a meeting. This email went to the whole of senior management but they just blanked me.Is this really the way to treat good citizens and abide by the equalities Act.Please work with me to remove this warning that is without foundation .I would also add I have always paid the council tax and will continue to do so but how can this corporation be my highest utility bill yet treat me like dirt.I feel currently very low with poor self esteem and a very low quality of life.
