Not a great experience. The receptionist won't let you through without either paying up front or a preauthorisation from insurance. It took them over a month to claim after I sent them details 4 times. Inefficient and overpriced. Nothing to be done to save my dog because I don't have endless money to pay them. Wouldn't use them again.
