I tried to book three times in a row and each time, even though I chose cleaner that were set to available, the booking got cancelled with no notice or information.

No customer support
Nice cleaners. However, there is no customer support. I wrote to them 5 times in the last 2 months. I haven't heard from them ever! I am trying to cancel my weekly subscription and there is no option digitally. I feel defeated.
