Scam on elderly people…
I received a phone but it wasn’t the same model as the picture in the instructions and the SIM card doesn’t fit the phone. I have now made five phone calls with the same reply they will ring me back, still waiting. If you send an email to address given it bounces back as undelivered. This is a scam aimed at the elderly and I wish I had read reviews on Trust pilot before I ordered one of these phones. This company should be investigated by trading standards.

Once you paid, you will get an old outdated phone. No response from eazy phones after grabbing your money to their account. Never return the money at any issue.Pakka cheater.

After receiving the phone and finding it difficult to set up I have called the helpline which is advertised as 24/7 and only ever get through to a call centre.
The only response I get is that all the lines are busy and someone will call me back.
Very poor customer service avoid at all costs.
No help whatsoever
Over the last weeks I have contacted the EasyPhone support team several times. Their lines do seem to be open 24/7 as advertised, but even with the simplest questions they have never offered any suggestions - "we will ask the tech department to phone you back" - and they never do. Emails are not answered either.
Chasing it up on the warranty is possible, but likely to be far too much trouble. So, I will just discard it.
Perfect phone for the elderly and easy to use.
I ordered this phone for my 85 year old mother who struggled with other smartphones….The easy screen has made it so much easier for her to manage and for me to explain to her how to use it. I did have initially have a few questions and each time I contacted customer support and Michael was so very helpful, he called me back and explained everything step by step and the difficulties were soon resolved. I’m so pleased I chose this smart phone for mum as she loves to receive photos and videos of the grandkids.

Why do they all have to have different batteries fed up wasting money third lot I have bought for the A1 prime paid 18pound wrong size again fed up going to Nokia batteries only lasted a month will not hold charge rubbish

Avoid this company! Absolute waste of time, no goods or customer service. Had to claim refund via the bank. After several phone calls and promises to call back, which never happened, I had to resort to claiming my money back via my bank as no phone and no calls.
Utterly disgraceful situation targetting elderly people. You have been warned. By the way, emailing info@ easiphones.com just results in an undeliverable reply for your email client.
Do not use this company
Unfortunately the phone was unsuitable for use by my elderly mother. Returned the phone completely unused, in perfect condition and in original packaging. Still waiting for a refund in spite of having been in touch with the company a number of times.
Do not buy these phones or deal with this company.
Not 4G compatible
Phone was working fine for my elderly mother until yesterday,18th September, when Smarty, her network provider, switched off 3G coverage. This Phone is not 4G compatible.
I now have to buy her a new phone which supports 4G!
Stay Clear
Be wary of this company they take your money and do not supply the goods. The customer service is abysmal they take all your details and promise to ring you back which they do not do. I really regret ordering from them, as i am now in limbo without a phone and out of pocket to boot. They do not answer emails either

I placed an order on 23 July and am still waiting for the phone. I have called on numerous occasions to be told that they would mark it as urgent and someone would call me back. So far nothing. I have also emailed and heard nothing back. I have a very disappointed 90 year old waiting for her phone.

Originally I was so pleased as the first one went wrong and they changed it almost immediately.
I know my mum somehow removed the lovely front screen app, but I have phoned up several times being told they will call me back...oh yeah right...still waiting now 2 weeks

Money taking from a company called…
Money taking from a company called Global Comms, no email receipt for the order, no communication at all and no phone delivered. Had to go thru the bank to rreclaim.
Update: I eventuallygot a phone after my review but it was faulty. I had to return the phone before another would be sent out. I had to chase up whether the other phone had been sent, it arrived and it was the same phone id sent with a new app downloaded. Im thankful that I have a phone but if id known that the easiphone application was all I needed I wouldn't have paid so much for the phone. But Michael has kept in contact to ensure all is ok therefore I have removed my one star.

After some initial delivery issues the phone turned up and looks good. Haven't got it set up for my mum to try yet so will update the review when she's had time to use it.

OH How I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing a phone from this unscrupulous company.
I ordered a phone, and payed Royal Mail first-class delivery. After wanting over 5 days for delivery, I contacted easiphone. I was informed someone will phone back. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I contacted them again requesting a tracking number. Again informed someone will return my call. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.
Couple of days later I phoned yet again. Needless to say. NO RETURN CALL RECEIVED as promised.
However I did receive a phone. However this was not the model phone I ordered.I contacted easiphone,.
Guess what, NO REPLY.!!!!!
This company are advertised as for helping the older aged public. THEY JUST CAUSE STRESS.
Urgent Update: Easiphones Order Issues Persist
I am writing to bring to your attention the ongoing challenges faced by an elderly gentleman, for whom an order was placed on the 8th of November (no order confirmation was sent and no phone arrived so it was assumed the transaction failed) so subsequently, on the 11th of November he retried. Both transactions were £185.49 each. He is now £370.98 out of pocket with no phone or REFUNDS!!
I have sent emails and made phone calls, but we get told they will ring back but never do. I feel that this company is treating this 80-year-old man in a terrible way! He WANTS HIS MONEY BACK. Please stop causing stress!
