AVOID AVOID!!! CHARGER LESS THAN A MONTH OLD AND TWO FAULTS SO CANT USE. COMPANY NOT REPLYING. AVOID!!!!!!
Not responding as raised a formal complaint and awaiting more information. Yet to be told of timeframe for response. CEO said head of customer experience CN would be in touch but yet to hear from her too. As I said AVOID! Charger remains unusable. Easee say it's fine at their end. App always offline and now tonight says charging when there is no cable attached. Plus won't pause so having to turn it off at the mains once again. Honestly beginning to think this is A big scam. Please don't buy from them.

I am growing increasingly frustrated with this company. My brand new EV charger will not connect to the cloud and therefore will not work. No one can support me or even give me a contact number. I am not impressed and will be asking for a full refund

Poor Handling of Fault Reports and Lack of Support of chargefy, supplier.
I have had ongoing issues with my EV charger for several weeks. The charger does not operate at full capacity, and the fuse has tripped repeatedly.
I have submitted multiple fault reports during this time, but despite this, no one has followed up, provided support, or offered a solution. The lack of communication and responsibility is extremely frustrating, especially for a product and service that is supposed to be reliable and essential for daily use.
Several weeks without any response or clear next steps is not acceptable. As a customer, I expect timely handling of fault reports, clear communication, and accountability — none of which I have experienced.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend either the product support or the supplier due to the prolonged inaction and lack of customer care.

Had the Easee one installed Dec 2023 that failed and was replaced June 2024. Forward to Dec 2025 and the charger has reduced out put down to 1kw. Contacted customer support only to be told they need pictures and sent the video link, you need a little tool to access the charger to get requested pictures. Contacted the installer £120 to come out and take the pictures.
As this is now my 2nd unit in 2 years I’m going to cut my losses and change to another more reliable charger.
