My ears were both blocked, after using ear oils for 2 weeks, l was still struggling to hear.

I left the hearing center in shock, and realised that l was struggling to hear for sometime, and had l not be persistent with ny health care l would not be feeling this happy.

I would recommend family and friends attending, l will be doing my yearly check up, the money was well spent

The company was recommended to me by Boots Hearingcare, as my 96 year old mother had become totally deaf, due to solid wax in both ears. She is frail, so an appointment at home was essential. Danish, from the company’s Coventry clinic, visited my mother. She was worried about the procedure, but he was so reassuring and caring, that she felt no pain at all. He wrote notes to her, explaining every aspect, so she was aware of what was happening. She is now totally wax- free, and can wear her hearing aids again. I cannot remember the time when her hearing was so good. I have asked Danish to return every 6 months, as I cannot imagine having better care for my elderly mother from anyone else.

I received excellent care from all the people working there who went above and beyond for me to remove a ear plug in my ear!

Really quick and easy to get an appointment. Staff very good and process painless and results immediate. Would highly recommend.

The specialist I visited with my 15 year old son was very friendly and reassuring from the moment we were called into the consultation room He examined my sons ears and although he did not require any further treatment, gave some very useful information and explained the cause of my sons symptoms and what to do to alleviate the discomfort he was experiencing Due to the fact that no further treatment was necessary the consultant only charged us the deposit fee we paid without having to pay for the consultation which was unexpected and very much appreciated

I was treated by Danish Mushtaq at the Coventry Clinic. He was very understanding regarding my pre-existing vertigo issues. He made sure I was comfortable, put me at my ease & kept me fully informed as to progress with each ear. I would thoroughly recommend.

Was seen by Danish who has recently started here. I must say he is credit to this company. Polite, patient, meticulous and such a kind nature. I am very anxious and nervous about my ears, Danish made me feel at ease right from the go. He didn’t rush and took his time when I explained I would not like any drops in my ears (due to my anxiety), he was very supportive and still managed to extract all the wax using micro suction. I had a lovely experience.

It’s worth it guys. It took less than 10 mins. Procedure is not painful at all. The specialist is super nice. My ear was blocked for almost a week. I pushed the wax in while cleaning with a q-tip. I can finally hear haha. I would definitely recommend this clinic and the specialist.

Had to book my teenage daughter in due to
excessive earpod use causing wax build up and accompanying pain. Booking was easy and seen next day at the Sutton Branch by Mr Karim. He did a fantastic job, very thorough, very calming and reassuring manner for a young patient, it made a huge difference to her hearing immediately, she was super happy to be hearing properly again although she won’t be happy i have taken her earbuds! Highly recommend the service, can’t fault it, so much so I have booked an ear health check for myself in a few days time.
