I was looking for a VPN service & came across this website. I put in my details but then saw the service was in some island somewhere so I never went through with it. THANK GOD! I never put in my credit card details because they keep sending me invoices for a service I have never used. Trying to email them to get them to stop just bounces back & they've sent me about 10 so far.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
TOTAL SCAM . KEEPS GENERATING INVOICES . BEWARE DO NOT TRUST . THEY DONT EVEN WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE KEEPING SENDING ME EMAILS TO PAY FOR SERVICES I NEVER USED . WHAT A JOKE LOL
Absolute load of rubbish - I subscribed to the service in 2018 until 2019. In 2019 I let the payment bounce as I wanted to cancel the service and trying to cancel it directly with them was like trying to get blood out of a stone.
When the payment bounced they suspended my service meaning I could not connect to the VPN or anything. I sent them a support ticket at "08/01/2019 06:16" asking them to fully close my account. To this day (10/11/2020) they STILL haven't responded to this support ticket!
Whats worse, every month they STILL invoice me for a "service" that I can't even use as they have suspended me. As of today, I have 52 unpaid invoices (You have 52 Overdue Invoice(s): To avoid service interruption, please pay your outstanding invoices as soon as possible) ... Every reminder is classed as a separate invoice on their system!
For example, lets say you owed them money for June and they sent the original invoice and 3 reminders. You would have to pay the original invoice AND those 3 reminders before the service would re-activate your account because their system doesn't realise that the reminders are FOR the original invoice and not separate invoices themselves! Oh, and lets not forget. During that time I have had no access to the VPN anyway so they want me to pay 4x the amount for something I haven't even been able to use! Joke of a company, avoid like the plague!
This service is dead. Can't even log into the site any more. The only thing that still works is the emails telling me my account is overdue. I tried for months to get my subscription cancelled.
Avoid this company at all cost. Give them no money for they don't have a service any more.
Finally, don't bother emailing them as emails are bouncing back due to their mailboxes being full.
Service has been down for months and no response to support tickets.
I used this VPN since 2015, and for a long time everything works fine with high performance. But since 2 months performance become poor - some servers unreachable. No reaction of their service. Now since Dec 21th no server reachable at all and also their website is down.
Fortunately I paid per month and not per year, so nearly no loss of money.
Now I will look for another VPN-Service.
By the way thanks for all reviewers of the last days. It helped me to understand, what is really going on (thought something might be wrong with my network-access).
I have used this service for several years. It worked reasonably well, although connections with servers far from my own country were very slow or just did not connect. Over the past few months the service has stopped working completely - connections are refused. It could be they are out of business without telling us or something else is wrong, but I cannot recommend this VPN provider as things stand now.
Do not use they are a scam... Servers don't connect, zero response to support tickets forget it.
ITS SCAM NOW! BEWARE!
2+ years ago they have support and all their VPN servers works fine
now looks like they fired all support team or smthing, and also half of their servers isnt functional
i submitted ticket about money back, they guaranteed it per their FAQ
but ticket just ignored now for more than a month
and Paymentwall cant proceed with refund because EarthVPN ignoring their requests too, and without site permission Paymentwall cant refund the purchase
i do not advice to buy anything from this scammers
After I quit, earthvpn closed my account promptly even though I had a few days left and paid. On demand, the service did not respond. Aich a previous question was never answered.
they service doesn't work at all i open a ticket about a month ago to use there 7 Day Full Money Back Guarantee
but they didn't answer it so... its a big scam and they are thieves
Scammers. They charged me twice per month instead of once. Support ticket is now a year old and still open. No one gets back to you. Not the only one who's had similar experience.
Cancelled my order last year.. ticket is still open and now they are trying to let me pay again. Never be a client of these criminals.. watch out for these guys. You are warned
No refund will be done screw that rubbish company
I use EarthVPN since several years. Years ago technical support was really good answering in a few hours. Since Oct 2017 I have open tickets that are never answered (today 14 feb 2018). There is no technical support anymore. Emails to technical support or sales at Earthvpn automatically open a ticket which is never replied to.
I have the impression the servers still work, but the company seems to be broke
Signed up for the EarthVPN service based on their - "7 days money back guarantee". Used the service and realised it was slowish compared to others I've used and decided to activate the money back guarantee only to discover that EarthVPN offers truly abysmal customer service.
Had to log a support ticket to request the refund. The ticket remained open for over a week with no update (other than me chasing a couple of times). 8 days later, I get an update saying the ticket was closed because I hadn't responded. Responded to what? I reviewed the now closed ticket and the only updates were mine. Out of interested this behaviour is consistent with other reviews I've read - support tickets just closed with no updates.
I logged another ticket, which was closed by EarthVPN with no update or response. Eventually decided to log an issue with PayPal who thankfully resolved in my favour and obtained a refund directly from them.
My advice - if you are looking for a VPN service then do yourself a favour and avoid EarthVPN as they are not to be trusted.
Do not return the money within 7 days after the test. Open tickets ignore or close.
They have a "no questions 7 day moneyback guarantee" so I paid via bitpay. I realised their service was poor and slow so I asked for a refund within 2 hours. They close my support tickets and ignore my emails.
Total scam
