Outstanding and exceptional service is what you can expect from Earth Limos. Professional and courteous beyond any company I've encountered. Thank you for not abandoning my party when their plane was six hours late. Special thanks to Ashley and Jim. You all are the greatest.

We used Earth Limos to transport a party of 23 for a birthday photo shoot on 7/24/21. The air wasn’t working on the party bus! We were riding around in Vegas in 100 degree heat on a party bus with non working air. It was unbelievable. And I have yet to hear back from the company regarding my complaint despite calling and emailing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Allow me to explain my frustration.
Have you ever went to a birthday party with NO music? Well thanks to Earth limo, I was at a party for 2 hours with NO MUSIC. This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I surprised my mom with a 2 hour limo ride for her birthday. I assumed it would be fun. Unfortunately, the whole two hours were miserable. I continued to apologize to my mom for their neglect to check their vehicle before picking up their customers. It was so boring that I finished reading a book on the Kindle app on my phone. I called the after hours representative because I did not want to continue with the ride. I was informed that if I didn’t continue, I would not get a full refund for their incompetence. Crazy, right? So we continued the ride. At this moment it was no longer a party instead it became a tour:( I know the driver Dan was trying his best to make this the best experience due to the circumstances. However, that is NOT what I paid for.

I was informed to call the manager in the morning to inquire about some type of compensation for a 2 hour disaster. I was informed that their was an electric issue with the limo and they would talk to the owner to see if they could compensate 10 to 20% which would be 20 or 40 dollars. What a joke! I still am yet to receive an email or call with the outcome per our conversation over 11 hours ago. Allow my frustration to be enough and find a company that will ensure everything is working properly so you wouldn’t have to experience what I’ve experience.

Oh by the way, Dan, the driver was amazing! He apologized over and over again, informed us to call the manager in the morning, and tried to make the best out of the ride. It is a privilege to have customers during a pandemic and to not ensure the best experience during this time of financial crisis is mind blowing. You all can keep the 20 to 40 dollar compensation as it is evidence you need it more.

My husband and I are proud empty nesters; and decided to take a trip to Las Vegas! Reserved seats for Cirque Du Soleil (our favorite) and few other shows and restaurants... But forgot all about car service. Went on line to a few sites, requested quotes. EARTH came back with an amazing offer for round-trip service from airport to hotel, with comp champagne!
As Sylvia, the rep, was gathering our info she mentioned an all inclusive 4hr Winery Tour ...We hit the JACKPOT! She is the absolute best at weekend event planning.

First time limo user. Booked round trip airport service for Vegas trip. Surprised my daughter with the limo services for her 21st birthday. Was so excited to have her see a limo driver holding a sign with her name on it. While waiting in the Vegas airport I get a phone call from Earth Limos telling me they were running behind and could we meet them somewhere in the airport I wasn't familiar with. I wasn't too happy with this. They said no problem they'll find us. The limo driver calls me to tell me he's looking for our group. He had no sign! I was able to find him and point my daughter out to him so he could approach her and tell her he was there to give her a ride to our hotel. He was great helping retrieve our luggage (there was a feeling that we were a bit of an inconvenience). We proceeded to the car and we were all very excited. We climb into the limo to discover dirty/used glass wear and TWO bottles of water. I paid to have water bottles for all 7 of us. This was very disappointing. I didn't feel like the Limo was for us. We were seconds.

The return driver and car was good. It took all of 15 minutes to return to the airport and the car was clean and water was supplied.

Veey smooth process from start to finish. Steven gave our group excellent service and and nice ride to our hotel.

As a pro wrestler I travel all over the world & Earth Limo prove not only to have a great product (limo) clean & very well took care of but very professional driver ( mine was Emal) a Matter of fact I used them 4 times while in Vegas & very great rates ...I would recommend Earth Limos to everyone ....woooooooo ~ Natureboy Paul Lee

Let me begin with my positive experiences. Booking both the limo and the party bus was a very smooth process and the team answering the phones were polite and prompt with emailing the contracts. Our limo driver was incredibly kind and professional and did an excellent job.

However, I had multiple negative experiences with this company. My flight was significantly delayed and, prior to taking off, I kept in close touch with Earth Limos to update them about the delays. I updated them with the exact time I would be landing 3.5 hours before we landed. I was receiving emails back to demonstrate that my emails were being received. However, as the flight touched down, I received a call from one of the employees informing me that- despite the fact that they had the correct time and the correct airline- I would be charged for an additional hour of service because I had incorrectly given them the wrong flight number. It didn't matter that they had the right landing time and airline or that I was spending an additional thousand dollars with this company later in the week; they would not change their stance. I spent at least an hour of my vacation arguing via email to no avail. When I expressed my profound frustration, I was told I would have a free bottle of champagne waiting in the party bus (it turned out to be a bottle of Asti Spumanti).

Our party bus showed up 15 minutes early and our driver was a very nice man. But, everything else was a disaster. I knew when it took us over an hour to get to our first stop (a mere 0.5 miles from our pickup location) that it was going to be a long night. The driver was unable to manage a road closure and identify an alternative route or problem solve on any level. He just kept circling the same parking lot over and over again. Finally, I just asked him to let me out of the bus and I would walk to our first stop in the pouring rain. Later in the night, he dropped us a 10 minute walk from our second stop (again in the rain) because he "could not stop the bus in front of the bar." At that point, I could see our guests beginning to get very frustrated from getting soaked and I thought that was unacceptable. When I requested he pick us up in front of the same bar, he suddenly found it very manageable to park in front and pick us up without difficulty.

Earth limos is extremely well reviewed and well respected per multiple travel sites and from the concierge at our hotel. I know everyone can have an "off" night- but two negative experiences at such a hefty price really left me with a poor taste in my mouth. I was very disappointed by my experience with them.

Excellent communications provided me with a sense of calm for my transport to the airport. The driver arrived early, assisted me with my bags ( heavy), and was courteous and informative. The automobile was spotless and comfortable. The driver handled Vegas driver antics in a calm experienced manner.
I had prepaid for my ride , which unfortunately meant that I couldn't change the time, as my flight kept being delayed. That was the only negative part of my experience. However, I liked prepaying and tipping ( although I could top more in cash), thus not having that interaction needed at the end. I have saved the information for this company, for my next family visit.

I felt that the experience was just okay. Booking the limo ride was easy over the phone. I received an email alert at 9:21 pm that our driver was on his way for 9:30 pm pick up. However, the limo driver did not arrive until about 9:47 - 9:50 pm. On top of that, we had to call to inquire about why our driver had not arrived; whereas because it was a scheduled ride, the company should have taken initiative to alert clients on the late status of arrival. When the driver arrived, it was a very nonchalant notification to us, "Oh, they said to tell you that I was late because I got pulled over earlier on the freeway." It sounded very much like an excuse, non-sincere, and no sense of urgency. Probably not booking services with Earth Limos next time.

Our plans changed several times, as we were in town for a Basketball Tournament. Earth Limos was EXTREMELY cooperative and accommodating with our changes! You ALL made this trip extremely memorable for our boys! I can't thank you enough!!!

Will for sure use this service again. Very polite and professional reservation specialists and the most awesome driver we've ever had!

Vehicle had no air conditioning waited 20 minutes to try to fix it then cancelled

We were on a wedding dress shopping trip, our driver Z was awesome. We had a great day and "Yes" we found the dress!

They aim to please. Let us bring champagne, music, and they provided the transport and atmosphere which were awesome. Very punctual, nice decor. Just bring your own nicer plastic glasses as all they provide is beer cups! They will have the buses loaded with whatever you supply and dropping off "the loot" is easy.
