I've purchased the Matilda and Chloe earrings in different colours, both online and from local shops, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The vibrant colours and the unique designs make them standout pieces in my jewellery collection. The service and communication with Earsass were also excellent. I am Catherine from the US but I adore HRH The Princess of Wales! I just received my perfectly packaged “Catherine” earrings! They are as lovely as she is!! I am thrilled by how delicately-made yet sassy they are! I love their perfect size and how they lay slightly slanted on my ears.

The Sunpower earrings are lovely and as described.
The Mira necklace however is a different matter, the company ethos is colour and it was the colours in this item that attracted me to it unfortunately the colours are so small that they are not visible, it appears to be just a gold disc - very disappointing

I ordered some earrings for myself as well as a pair as a gift and I love them as does the recipient! The quality is fantastic, and they were beautifully packaged. The postage was also speedy and when I had a query, I got a really quick response back too.

I first came across this brand in the Summer ‘24 as my sister in law mentioned she really liked a certain pair of earrings. I took a photo of it for a future gift idea for her and bought them in December for her birthday.

When ordering, I accidentally put the wrong door number so emailed them to inform them of the mistake and Sophie was so helpful and swiftly resolved the issue.

My sister in law was so grateful for earrings and happily wore them over the Christmas period.

My order arrived in a few days and was very nicely packaged. I had bought a pair of Catherine earrings for my niece and a pair for myself. I love my earrings and have had several compliments on them. My niece also said she loved hers and her mother contacted me separately to say they look really good on her. And these lovely earrings help a worthy cause too. Perfect.

This is my second review for Earsass. The first review was about communication. Since then the founder has explained the technical issues they have experienced. I would like to leave a review for the earrings now. The ISSY STAR earrings by Earsass are truly a gorgeous masterpiece.
