I completed around 20 offers and only got paid for 5 of them. I emailed support and never got paid for the rest.

Offers are fair, payouts are fast and customer service is excellent.
WARNING: Avoid offers from TyrAds!! Their offers do not track properly and there is no way to contact their support. This is no fault of Earnlab's.
During my 10+ months on Earnlab, I (and other users) have constantly made Earnlab very aware of the scamming offerwalls on their platform. It is very clear that certain offerwalls are blatantly scamming users, but Earnlab will do nothing to help you or punish them. Torox is my concern today. Torox will continually scam users, with a never ending stream of proof in both the Earnlab community chat and the reviews here on truspilot. Earnlab doesn't care (despite being well aware), and allows Torox continual use of Earnlabs services. Torox is $53.35 in debt to me, for a purchase I made on an offer. Torox is lying to me, making up whatever excuse (as they usually do), claiming they need my in-game userID despite already having it. Torox has located my account and paid me for 3 of the other tasks for this offer already, they have transaction IDs linked to my account, and they have my unique in-game username which other users cannot have; they have my userID. I provided all of this information to earnlab, including screenshot proof of purchase, but they refuse to help. I even went as far as directing Earnlab to look at the trustpilot reviews for torox, as this is clearly a widespread intentional behavior by torox. Before all of this, I had just finished dealing with ANOTHER instance of torox attempting to scam me. Earnlab is well aware of Torox and their pattern of lying and scamming, but they do nothing about it. They ignored the issues every time, and are still ignoring them today. Earnlab closed my support conversation rather than help. Earnlab support tells people "contact the offerwall's support" despite the offerwalls support being the problem. These are problems that extend beyond what the user can fix; The offerwalls are lying to the users! This is a problem that Earnlab needs to correct and enforce! The user cannot be expected to correct the offerwalls lying/scamming behavior, and has no authority to do so anyway. Like I said, Earnlab needs to sort this problem, NOT THE USER. Stay far away, Earnlab is clearly more interested in money than honesty and/or integrity.
Update after their response: I don't care about your new features. I will not be there to use them. It's absolutely disgusting and subhuman that you took this as an opportunity to promote your website. Address the mentioned issues. You DO NOT take this seriously. Do not try to tell me that you never ignore these issues; these issues have been present for the entirety of my presence on the website (10+ months). Users have been complaining for 10+ months. Trustpilot reviews have been providing ADDITIONAL proof for 10+ months. You claim " Every ticket is reviewed, documented, and escalated. If your conversation was closed, it was only after receiving a final response from the partner.", but thats not the case. Your support agents immediately took the side of the business despite knowing that theyre lying, NEVER contacted the business, NEVER escalated my case, ignored arguably the 3 most critical messages, and then closed my ticket. Dont talk to me about "resubmitting" the case when it was never submitted. I will continue to leave additional 1-star reviews until the issue is fixed. I will NOT be contacting your support where I will continue to be lied to, I will be contacting my lawyer. Hope you like lawsuits, because that's where this is going.
Update (2) after their second reply: No, Earnlab. Read this review again. They already have my in-game userID, or "app-ID" as you call it. They have my unique username which can only relate to one user, and they have transaction IDs which can only relate to one user. They have SEVERAL methods of locating the account (some not mentioned). This same advertiser has had no issues finding my account in the past without ANY of that. Secondly, I never deleted the game. The game corrupted my computer and I was forced to reinstall windows. I told you this already, but again, you'd rather side with Torox (the people who are widely known and accepted as scammers, with this being one of their most popular methods of scamming). Torox hasn't actually spoken to the advertiser. They are lying to you and you chose to believe them instead of believing the users, like I just described in this very review. You have screenshot proof that I made the required purchase. You are blind, both visually and emotionally. Torox is scamming YOU too. Third and finally, this was not a progress based task (LIKE I ALREADY TOLD YOU), this is a purchase; The userID means nothing in this case, and isn't capable of showing them proof of purchase. I have sent the purchase receipt to both you and Torox. But thank you for proving my point, you scum. Reminder: your lawyer will cost much more than my $53.35 that you want so badly

I’m leaving this 1-star review because EarnLab managed to do the one thing a company absolutely should not do:
give wrong advice about a paid offer, cost me real money, then shrug and hide behind their Terms of Service.
So to be clear:
I didn’t misread anything.
I didn’t guess.
I asked support first, waited for them to “check with the team,” and followed their instructions.
Their mistake cost me money, and their stance was basically: “Too bad, you’re on your own.”
I contacted EarnLab before spending anything on a $9.99 in-app purchase offer in a mobile game. The offer text was unclear, so I asked support a very simple, direct question:
> Can I do this $9.99 purchase more than once per day and get the reward multiple times?
The agent said they would check with their team. After that supposedly internal check, they explicitly told me the offer could be completed once per day for up to 180 days.
I relied on that answer and made additional real-money purchases I would never have made otherwise.
Later, I found out the truth:
The offer is not repeatable at all. It only pays once.
When I raised this, EarnLab’s response was:
Yes, the description “may have caused confusion.”
No, the task is actually not repeatable.
No refund, no credits, no goodwill gesture.
And lots of waving around their Terms of Service and “limitation of liability.”
So to be clear:
I didn’t misread anything.
I didn’t guess.
I asked support first, waited for them to “check with the team,” and followed their instructions.
Their mistake cost me money, and their stance was basically: “Too bad, you’re on your own.”
If a company’s own support can confidently tell you the wrong thing about how a paid offer works, and the official response is “we’re not responsible, read the fine print,” that’s not just bad service—that’s a huge red flag.
I would strongly warn anyone considering EarnLab:
Do not trust their support’s answers about offers.
Assume that if their information is wrong and you lose money, they will simply point at the legal boilerplate and walk away.
Based on this experience, I absolutely do not recommend EarnLab.
EDIT: If Earnlab does as they said they would in their reply, I will retract this review and summarize what happened, their remedy and my level of satisfaction with the remedy.
EDIT 2: well, 10 hours ago they said they would compensate me but I have yet to receive any further communication nor is there anything on my account.
EDIT 3 It is now day two going on day three and no sign of any compensation or any further communication since this posting by them. I guess this issue is not important to them.
EDIT 4 Day 3 since promised resolution and still NOTHING. No compensation no communication absolutely nothing.
EDIT 5 okay I just received an email, again promising for a bonus of some sort but have yet to see it.
Update (Resolution):
After this review, EarnLab reached out, investigated further, and credited me the full amount I was out, calling it a goodwill bonus. They explained that both I and their support team were relying on an incorrect description from their partner (Torox) and that the offer had quietly been changed from repeatable to “first purchase only” without the wording being updated.
I appreciate that they ultimately took responsibility and made me whole, and they did apologise for the situation. That said, this only happened after I pushed back hard, cited their own terms, and went public here. The initial stance was basically “we’re not responsible,” and only later shifted to “we see the issue, we’ll fix it.”
So: credit where it’s due—they did the right thing in the end. But the fact that it took a fight to get there still affects how much I trust their process.
So that said as a gesture of Goodwill I will change my review to a two star instead of a one. Which if our relationship continues may be adjusted to reflect our ongoing interaction.

Overall a great experience the withdrawl for crypto near instant the offerwalls are often boosted 50-80% which is nice however the main problem with this site like every other site like it is that for me in the UK the only thing that tracks are games and surveys extremely rarely will a sign up or free trial will actually pay me but that's the offer provider however it is the site that keeps them on there other than that they pay and have alot of good games.
Edit:allows offerwalls to get away with lies with fraudulent charge backs on THEIR side how would you even fake levels in a slot game aswell as levels in a wordle game it's well known in chat almost anything other than games are a 50/50 best and even if you have all the proof in the world neither fake chargebacks or not tracked rewards that need a payment you will get no help seems support can only help by releasing funds early as long as it tracks like all the worthless stuff.
You solved my problem asap with no hassle, thanks for being on top of your job. Awesome work
They let companies like Torox offer us sixty cents to do a simple task for them THEN REFUSE TO PAY and accuse me of cheating, at the task of choosing any item in the Alibaba app and putting it in my cart. Because thats sooo hard to do and definitely requires cheating to accomplish. Also, it seems that Earnlabs supports only job is to tell you to take whatever your issue is to someone else, that is the one and only thing they ever do, the only thing they support is their ass with a chair.

Best GPT Site by far out there.
The support allows early releases with video proof which is almost instantanous.
Payouts are also instant once you verified and made your first withdrawel - no other GPT site does this.
The support on this website is unbeatable - always live support available and they always reply within 5-10min max.
25% Cashout bonus available via their partner.
If you're looking for a serious GPT site with instant withdrawels and realtime support this should be your first choice
