Congratulations on cashing out 5 rewards since joining, John – that's a great start!
We’re sorry you haven’t had a better experience qualifying for surveys or with the available pay. Survey sponsors conduct their own screening for each survey, and while we do our best to connect you with surveys you qualify for, we’re not made aware of every eligibility requirement they use. Please reach out to support@earnhaus.com if you encounter any issues or need help going forward.

Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re sorry the available survey rewards have been disappointing.
Survey rewards vary based on length, topic, and how well we can match you, but inventory can be lower near the end of the month and during holidays or weekends when many survey sponsors pause their surveys. We hope you’ll find better opportunities as new surveys become available, and please reach out to support@earnhaus.com if you encounter any issues or need help going forward.

The payout experience was smooth and and quick.
The payout experience was smooth and quick. I had $5.49 and the minimum was $5 to cash out and .50 to process it. And they still processed it. It was in my account in less than five minutes. This was the test 😂

TRASH SURVEYS
Denied almost every survey and then the pay out amount was pennies. Then try to redeem your pay out amount is $5.00. The surveys also let you get more then halfway and decide that you don't qualify. It's a information grabbing system.

Hi Tim, congratulations on cashing out your first reward – that's a great start!
We’re sorry you haven’t had a better experience. Survey sponsors conduct their own screening for each survey, and while we do our best to find surveys you qualify for, we aren’t made aware of every eligibility requirement, which can unfortunately result in disqualifications, sometimes after a survey has begun.
We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when the available rewards feel small, and we appreciate you giving Earn Haus a try. Please reach out to support@earnhaus.com if you encounter any issues you need help with going forward.
