I have never had a worse experience.
I have never had a worse experience at a jewelry company. I had purchased a pair of earrings in store Barcelona, and decided to put them on in the store before leaving. The pair I tried on were broken, and I didn’t want a different one than those. They only THEN informed me at that time (after purchase) that there is only exchanges, and no refunds, even for a broken pair of earrings. That was the first red flag, seeing how the customer has the right to know their policy up front. Next, I had also bought an initial necklace for 25€, and it broke right at the link the DAY AFTER, as I had already traveled to Rome. I emailed the company, and they responded saying I can only refund in store at the same branch, whereas I had already informed them I live in America and was only visiting. I spent 40€ on 2 items that broke WITHIN 2 DAYS of purchasing, one that was already broken in store. DO NOT shop here unless you want cheap jewelry sold expensively, you will absolutely not get a refund no matter the situation. Extremely dissatisfied, one again.
