All the experience was very positive.

All the experience was very positive.

From the appointment to the test and the final delivery of the certificate, everything was quick, well organized and efficient.

The technician (Mr. Lorek), was very friendly and professional. He explained to us all detailes of the carried test. He was very keen and open to clarify and answer any question we had during the test procedure.

We do not speak German (yet), and Mr. Lorek was happy to speak English with us. This was a very good extra ! (many times you find people in other companies that just do not care and intentionally do not want to speak english, even if they could...).

In conclusion, our experience with ean50 was a FIVE STARS experience !
