Yes, money is withdrawn from account but no confirmation on dispatch or expected delivery date even though I have paid 40EUR for delivery to Denmark. I have e-mailed Eagsbike few times, wrote through their contact template on web...no answer! Today I called only to discover that they do not have a person who can speak English.
I strongly suggest keeping away from this webshop if you like receiving your purchase and some kind of customer service for your money they have "accepted".
