Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went over and above to make our lives easier. Our students and staff, alike, loved working with him and he made the trip very straightforward for us all. We won't hesitate to rebook next year.
Driver nearly took out our family on the motorway yesterday while joining the M42. Driver was driving too fast and I couldn't slow any faster as I was towing and there was a vehicle in my blind spot so couldn't move out a lane. After much honking from both me and other vehicles, the driver put on his hazards and then drove off even faster down the motorway.
Driver was rude and interrupted our conversation between me and my friend. He didn't even say goodbye when I said thank you and got off the bus. All I got was a grunt. Driver drove carelessly, and far over the speed limit. Bus stank of fish - will never choose this sh** company again.
