If you had contacted us, we would of course have offered a solution immediately, such as sending a replacement or providing compensation if necessary.
Please note that we carefully pack all our products with protective bubble wrap, precisely because we are aware that shipping companies do not always handle parcels carefully during transport.
If any product was indeed damaged during transport, please feel free to contact our support team and send us a photo, and we will be happy to help resolve the situation. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

I can only talk regarding my order, but it was very fast delivered :) The box came completely destroyed including two of the three original packings inside the post box. But the products are not damaged at all. But 4 stars because that was probably the post's fault, and not The Mossi London EU.

I bought a package of hair products for my hair transplant. I have my doubts. I feel like it only contains oil and nothing else. The vitamin pills taste like sugar. In short, I'm going to have a lab test to find out what's in the oils, vitamins, and shampoo. It'll cost me €1,000, but I'm certain it's a counterfeit.

I ordered the 6-month Mossi London hair care kit and was initially disappointed to find that one item—the dermaroller—was missing. I contacted customer service, and although it took a few days to hear back due to a system upgrade, once they replied, they were incredibly professional and kind.
They didn’t just send the missing dermaroller—they went above and beyond by including an extra one, plus a free shampoo and conditioner as a gesture of goodwill. I’ve now received everything, and I’m genuinely impressed with both the quality of the products and how well they handled the issue.
Mistakes can happen, but it’s how a company responds that really shows their values. Mossi London proved they care about their customers. Five stars from me—highly recommended!

Extremely sweet
I've been taking the ordered vitamins for a few days now, but it's still too early to speak about their effectiveness. The biggest issue is that when they dissolve in my mouth, they are extremely sweet and quite unpleasant, almost like an artificial coffee sweeteners.
