I’m still awaiting the refund process for tapes that were blank
Until this is complete and I have been refunded for blank tapes I will withhold a full review.
For the tapes that had my video on I was happy with the digitally enhanced video. Good job.
For th VHS tapes two were clearly low quality tv recordings so surprised these were considered my tapes
As I do not have a vhs or any other player I have had to rely on the company to manage this. So it would be a good service to ask me whether some tapes were considered blank with tv recordings
However overall it’s been a good experience, let’s see on the refund process as promised in the literature

Regarding the VHS tapes, we completely understand your comments. As we preserve and digitise tapes exactly as they were originally recorded, we don't preview or assess their contents before processing. In many cases, recordings that may seem unrelated—such as TV broadcasts or footage recorded over previous content—are part of the original tape, and we digitise everything that's present to ensure nothing is unintentionally missed. Where possible, we always recommend previewing tapes before sending them, although we appreciate this isn't always an option if you no longer have playback equipment.

Takes a while but worth the wait
The on line portal was easy to use and very informative and being able to view the files from the cloud was brilliant. There were a few minor issues. At one stage it said all of my 26 files were available to view but 1 file was missing until I contacted the company but once I did the issue was quickly resolved. I paid extra for the AI enhancement it would be nice to compare the files before and after this process to see the difference. Overall I am very happy with the results and will use this company again.

The memories come flooding back
The quality is not as bright on the cinematography as I remember when my dad used to show us on the projector but it s old and You have done the best you can. I had a lot of videos, old cine films, photographs etc, which is why my order took a while to complete. However the wait was worth it with everything on a usb for me to look back on , especially my mom dad and grandparents, would definitely recommend to anyone go for it, well worth every penny

long wait a concern
Am very happy with the outcome, but having to wait nearly six months is really unacceptable - I had thought to give the memory sticks as Christmas presents - but I missed Easter too!
Communication was reassuring when I shared my concerns, but the long wait was a problem.

Such an easy process
Such an easy process. Buy a box, label up items and select options on the order form then post. It does take a while so be patient, it’s worth the wait.. Updates are sent as to where in the process items are.
Personally I sent 9 camcorder tapes to be transferred so I could watch on my I pad. Lovely seeing moments I thought wouldn’t be seen again and also moments forgotten

It's such a great idea and I was so glad to have found a company who could take my old 16mm films, restore them and deliver everything back to me digitised onto a USB stick.

I have initially tried this with 8mm tape and video tape, but not my most precious memories, just to try it. It took about a month or so to come back but will definitely do it again. I got my tapes back and a memory stick with everything on. Brilliant 👏

One of my videos had been taped over by a family member with football which I found to my disappointment and they have since felt my wrath haha but the football match was of high quality 😂. Ok it did take a little longer than I expected but the finished results were better than I thought they would be. Memories and trips in Africa ( including Treetops) in the 70s! And lots of other experiences I'd forgotten about. Tears occasionally but well worth the money!

It was some time ago that you digitised part of my Super 8 collection and I was thoroughly pleased with the results. It was wonderful to see my old footage again, the earliest was from 1968.

Really Happy with the results
It took a LONG time to get my old camcorder tapes digitised but it was well worth it! EachMoment successfully managed to retrieve and digitise the data from the for MiniDV tapes I sent them (which had been sitting in the attic for over 20 years). It was great to finally be able to view the recordings again after so long.

Great Digitisation
Having looked at reviews I decided to use Each Moment. The digitisation outcome was excellent and it was lovely to see relatives that are no longer with us, come to life.
I feel that Each Moment could have been more honest with the timescale. I sent in my tapes, slides etc in October but did not get the full digitisation complete until Easter which was a longer timescale than I was lead to believe.
