I've ordered MAC Book PRO form E4btc. I've sent them an email two days after i've placed an order. They answered about three days later that they ordered the computer from a distributor. After a week i got a tracking number for GLS. I've received the package two weeks after ordering.

The communication is not that brilliant i had to wait three days to get an answer. But otherwise i recommend buying from E4btc.

they were very helpful. unfortunately they did not have what i wanted but did try their best to get it for me.

I'm a first time buyer with bitcoins and I had very good experience with e4btc.com (Bryan). I've ordered a couple of things and it happend that one of them was not available (EOL) but I just sent a link from ebay and they've completed the purchase and shipping very fast.

I've ordered a laptop from e4btc and though the ordering process was very simple and easy to understand I've had little to no communication from e4btc since i ordered a week ago. My order status is "pending" and though I have an electronic receipt for my laptop I've had no reply to any of the emails I sent to e4btc and the telephone number only let me leave messages that I doubt I'll get a reply to. I'm unsure as to whether or not I've been scammed out of my btc or if they're just bad with communicating with their customers. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a few items from e4btc including a customised laptop, and the sales associate Dylan was helpful and responsive, with much patience with my requests. Great site and excellent service. Thanks

I have ordered several things on the e4btc web. It is stated that delivery takes 2-5 days as I live in the EU. After a week and many mails my order is pending and no tracking code or delivery notification. I am talking about 2k$ hardware that was ordered as a birthday present 20 days in advance.

After 3 weeks and several mails I receive 1/3 of my order. The rest is canceled from e4btc as system error in pricing on their end!

The story goes on, my 2.5 BTC's stay at e4BTC for almost 2 months with option to take something else on the web in the amount I paid.
Of course, web is down and no products in any of the categories.
Alarm, are they scam and just picked coins and run ?

Followed by mailing ping pong I receive (2.3 BTC) which is 0.2 BTC less with excuse that they return USD value on the day of the purchase.

Please be careful when ordering from e4BTC as their pricing is unrealistic both in (+ / -) and you can expect that you never receive what you pay together with financial loss (if and when you get refund).

Better to save your coins and not spend it here as you can only loose.

I was so happy to find e4btc as EU citizen, but after this experience, one should ask himself...am I ready to gamble..

If you still want to use it take something cheap that you can afford to loose.

I've ordered twice from e4btc.com now, and would like to leave a review here for anyone considering to buy stuff there.
The first time I ordered was in march 2015, the second time in december.

The first time I ordered it took a few days before the order was sent, but then I got a tracking code and the package arrived quite fast in good state. The product was new in box, not refurbished or second hand. Packaging was also very good.

The second order was only a few weeks ago, in december 2015. I ordered a phone. The site promised 4-7 delivery days, which isn't bad for cross-country shipping. Sadly I got a mail the next day that the phone was out of stock, and could not be delivered. But I could select a different product from the site or provide them with a link of a other webshop to source the product from.
Obviously I selected the latter and sent them a link of a shop in my country. They put the order in very fast and I received my phone 2 days later. So in the end the delivery of my phone was 4 days since I ordered with e4btc.com, even though they didn't have the phone in stock. Great delivery time!
I must also add that throughout the process they kept me up-to-date continuously. Great customer service!

I will definitely order from them again and can highly recommend them.

The service was great even though I changed my whole order after paying they made my changes happen and the hardware arrived just one freaking day after I ordered it (around christmas even). How is that even possible?

The support is fast and polite. E4btc is as friendly as a startup and they offer enterprise grade support. They set a new standard for all online shops out there

My first order at e4btc was an ipod a few days before christmas. Delivery was done with Spedition Englmayer and very fast (5 days to austria at a very busy time of the year) but unfortunately couldn't be tracked. Jan from e4btc was very helpful and the ipod was as expected without any issues.

Shipping cost is quite high though (20€ within EU) and definitely should be lowered (the overall cost at a local stores for the same product would have been 20% cheaper for me, but they dont accept bitcoin).

My first business with e4btc and the experience is more than satisfactory. Broad spectrum of products, easy purchase and fast response to any enquiries made - simply perfect.

Jan from e4btc is very helpful, and replies fast when I have questions about products. If I need help with the invoice, his service is very good as well. I can recommend e4btc, it's a good legit bitcoin store. One suggestion through, would get to keep the shop more updated with latest products, and add more products to the frontpage, also make the search functionallity better, it can really be improved, but besides that, 5 stars from here.

This is the second time I buy something from e4btc using bitcoins.
It is very convenient for me to use their service as from time to time I have some btc to spend. As I can tell their price is a very good one. Now I've bought a Synology NAS and the price was lower than all important online stores available in Europe.

Both times I've received the product just in a few days (via GLS) so although I do not live in Germany it is very convenient to me to order from them. I'll use their service again for sure.
