I've been using IV cam for a few years now with a license but the expierence did not get much better.
Time to time again I need to give my license again, the settings change on their own, when live streaming to yt it suddenly looks like I'm recording on a psp. No, honestly even worse.
Tha ammount of bugs it has is too frustrating.

I purchased IVCam in 2022 (at around 10 dollars, I forget exact amount) and after a year started seeing adverts and a message that I am on trial and must buy the permanent version. I coughed up 30 dollars for the permanent version which means I should not see adverts EVER AGAIN and I am no longer on the trial version but now, barely 6 months later I have started seeing ads and I'm again advised that I'm on trial every time I open the app. The website has a contact form which I've used twice to no avail, no response from the company. This is a con. Are they f$uckign insane to expect me to pay 30 bucks every 6 months? I may as well buy a decent webcam.

I purchsed the ivCam software and registered the Windows desktop program.

My plan was to use an old iPhone SE as a web cam, leave the ivCam app running on the phone and then when I want to use the camera I'd start the desktop app.

However, the software is buggy so that you have to load the desktop app first and then the iPhone app recognizes you paid for the software and removes the watermark and ads.

Unfortunately, I'm loading the iPhone app first, which keeps the watermark and ads in the video stream.

I contacted e2eSoft for a refund, two days after I purchased the software, for a refund, and they refused to issue a refund, even though their refund policy clearly states:

Refund Policy
The software sold on this website can try all features for FREE before purchase, and we DO NOT accept refunds unless:

The license code was purchased within 7 days and has not been used;
The license code does not function as claimed, specifically:
– iVCam / VCam / Camera Measure software does not remove the “TRIAL“ watermark on the output video;
– VSC software does not remove the “TRIAL VERSION” voice in the output sound.

As I met both those criteria, I was entitled to a refund, but since they refused to issue one, I had to take it up with my credit card company.

My advice, use the Reincubate Camo software instead. It costs more, but it works great.

I purchased cartoon software which was unusable, it would just close down after a few seconds. I contacted their support which promises a reply within 24 hours but it seems a lie as they did not reply. So I asked paypal to refund me but they sided with e2esoft who sold me unusable software anf gave me no support. It seems paypal gives e2esoft a licence to lie and steal, paypal should change their name to theives and liars pal.
