Due to Coronal virus spreading in…

Due to Coronal virus spreading in China, many airlines cancel their fly, but E-Traveltochina still charge its customers $50 of process fee for airfare refund. E-Traveltochina should not run business in such a bad way.

Demanded a picture of my credit card after ordering. Threatened to cancel my flights and charge $50/person if we didn't provide! Even threatened to charge this fee if we cancelled within 24 hours.

This is the worst experience I have…

This is the worst experience I have had. Do not buy an air ticket from here. For other place, if you buy an ticket and want to cancel it within 24 hours, you will get free. For here, you will pay $50 for that. And you will have a hard them to find the customer service. I called 2 hour 20 minutes and they did not pick the phone. I have to change another phone to call them and they picked the phone to tell my email is not standard and they cannot cancel. I asked them why not reply my email to tell me this or pick my phone. No answer. It was a horrible experience overall.

The customer service is really bad

The customer service is really bad! I purchased a round trip ticket yesterday for Pittsburgh to Beijing. The price was $587. According to their info on the website, the customer can change the ticket before it is issued. Once it is issued, a change on the ticket will incur some extra charges. Today I called because I had not received the electronic ticket yet. Also my wife told me that the price had been reduced. There was a woman by the name Nancy answered the phone saying that before the ticket was issued, I needed to fill out a credit card information form because my travel date was Sept 2, 2018; and she was going to send the form to me. Then, I asked her if I could change the return date since the ticket had not been issued. She said "I have already issued the ticket." (She just told me that I had to fill up the form before she could issue the ticket. Now, the ticket had already been issued!) So I decided not to change the return date because it was not really important. When I received the form and printed it out, I found the price was $577. Since my wife told me the price was reduced today, and I also logged into my credit card account and found that it was $577 pending charge, I filled up the form accordingly and sent it out. Then, this Nancy sent me an email saying it was $587. I called it was Nancy answered the phone. She started fooling around and threaten me that she would cancel my ticket and put me on a black list so that I would not be able to book a ticket with them again. I asked to talk to her boss, she hang up on me. $10 is not big deal. Look at the difficulties she has created to me! I just filled out the form again, changed the charge to $587 and sent form out. Very frustrated.

Worst Customer Service Ever!

I know the first complaint is true because I had a similar experience. When I bought the ticket I only saved $21, but because of their careless and mistreatment, I lost the whole ticket plus the money they charged me for rebooking fee, which was over $800! The lady who answered the phone was very very rude and unreasonable. I advise people never buy tickets from them because the little saving is totally not worth the headache you will have when dealing with them. BTW, The second review is false because it comes from the owner, not a customer! Please don't cheat your customers like that!!!

Very bad customer service and rude conduct

Very bad customer service! They sold the tickets out and don't care about any possible changes. I bought a round-trip ticket. Due to the airline's schedule change, I tried to make an update accordingly by paying extra. Unfortunately the lady in customer service who answered my phone put me on hold for 20 minutes, then just let me know there was nothing she could do to help. She was unbelievably rude and unreasonable, very unprofessional. No constructive suggestion at all! I will never ever buy tickets from E-TraveltoChina again!
