Nice solution to a worldwide problem. Lovely team at hand to put my mind at ease. 100% recommend.
Excellent service and invaluable during…
Excellent service and invaluable during this time of Covid. The E-There team covered my wedding in April 2021. I was only allowed 30 guests so had to cut 70 guests from what was originally planned. Using E-there meant they could all be a part of our special day. All my family and friends commented on how professional the stream was.
We viewed my cousins wedding through…
We viewed my cousins wedding through E-theres portal as an isolating family member meant we could not travel to the wedding in-person.
Whilst we would have loved to have been able to share their day this really was the next best thing possible.
The service itself was filmed in its entirety and streamed live for us to watch. It really was like having a front row seat and the picture and sound were clear and really well broadcast.
They really captured all the special moments and some funny moments making us laugh out loud made it really feel like a communal experience.
Being able to leave video messages back to the couple was a nice touch and it was nice to be able to message other family and friends whilst it was all happening. I have to confess to snacking during the service but what else are you going to do when you get to watch the vows on tv! An honour formerly reserved for royalty !!
We have since heard that both bride and groom were delighted with the service, as everyone watching seems to have found it a very positive experience. I would highly recommend.
I came across E-there at the wedding…
I came across E-there at the wedding show fair a few months back. Was blown away by the quality of the streaming service and the great value offered with the packages. Much better value than a traditional videographer and with streaming now becoming a huge deal, at this value-level packages, its impossible not to take note and book!
Above it all though, Mark West, the founder is truly exceptional. His attentive service and care have been above and beyond any interaction I ever had. He is a great guy and am sure will do very well with this enterprise. I came across his profile when doing my due diligence and I have to say, have never seen someone be recommended as much by people he worked with. Thanks guys!
I used e-there for my wedding last year and it was great!!!
I used e-there for my wedding last year, obviously with Covid it was a very difficult time so this service seemed perfect for us. I have read the reviews below and I have to say I didn’t experience anything like that at all. We did have a good connection I’m guessing as none of our guests complained. There were a few seconds in the stream where it maybe wasn’t as HD as we wanted but nothing too much where I’d complain about it. Mark the owner was great, he helped us from the get go and couldn’t do enough for us. The communication was great, never waited more than a few minutes for a reply. He followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy and sent the link through to us for the video.
Me personally I thought it was great, it let our relatives who mostly live in the Southern Hemisphere join in on our special day. Well worth the money and I would definitely recommend to friends in the future.
Very poor
This company was used for a friend's wedding due to covid restrictions; it would allow those of us who couldn't be there the opportunity to share in the special day. I logged in to the link only to find numerous problems - the stream not working and when it did work facing some empty chairs (I don't know who set up the scenes). All in all, a bit of a disaster and missed my friend's wedding. Understand it's because of poor internet connectivity (which in a time of mobile hotspots, 5G etc) a bit unforgivable, especially in the south east near London.

Live feed didn't work in time for the wedding!
We logged on to watch a live feed of our friend's wedding....the live feed wasn't present until it was time for the photographs. I.e. we missed the whole of the wedding, walk down the aisle, vows, the lot! Apparently they relied on the venue's wifi....bit difficult when they're out in the countryside. All in all, a real shame for a wedding that was already reduced in number due to covid.
IF the company had shown empathy to the couple and been humbly apologetic that this happened to them on their number-restricted wedding day; shown some remorse perhaps, instead of being curt towards them; perhaps offered even a small reduction in the fee, as they did not totally fulfil the job as agreed, then I think the bride and groom would have been more understanding/sympathetic to the lack of WiFi causing the problem and thankful of fact that they provided a recorded version of the video.
If there's an unavoidable problem that occurs when providing a service to a wedding (a highly emotional and important day in one's life), the providers should realise that it's about how a company responds to this lack of service fulfilment that then matters most.

B-Ware of E-There (pun not intended)
I’m not one to write reviews but I think this justifies my time and need to warn any potential couples to beware of E-There. It’s worth looking for a more trusted or reputable company to connect your special day with loved ones who can’t attend your wedding, I’m sure there are many other companies that would do their job well.
As a guest who could not attend the wedding, the viewing experience was awful!
It took the videographer 30mins to figure out that the live stream was down and by the time it was fixed, the main event was missed! We did not see the bride walking down the aisle, no vows, no I dos, no exchange of rings.
As a viewer, the streaming only started when the newly weds were signing the papers, thereafter, it was pretty much watching guests floating across the room with refreshments. The audio was muffled and the streaming was jittery at times too. I was unable to leave a private video message on their service, so I ended up Whatsapping my video to the newly weds.
There was approx 20mins where the camera was left streaming in an empty room with just furniture. For a company who claims to have 1000s of amazing reviews, what sort of company would film an empty room on a wedding day? Maybe this company decided to be more relaxed after having raving reviews under their belt, but after my experience and watching the video, I certainly will not be considering this company for my wedding.
I feel extremely sorry for the newly wedded couple that E-There messed up their big day, they’ll never be able to relive their ceremony again. If they haven’t, I think the couple is owed a huge apology with an acceptable explanation or some sort of compensation from E-There, they’ve really messed up; big time.
Edit: 14th Dec 2021.
I have just received a response from E-There and I am not happy that they feel my honest experience was an orchestrated attack. I am writing from my own personal experience on the service you offered which had gone wrong. You guys have messed up and just don’t want to admit to it. Yes, you may have 1000s of good reviews, but who is to say they are not written by your friends or family? I am pointing out to potential couples what had gone wrong, so they can shop around with care, read the reviews good or bad so they can reach their own decision. You’re a business at the end of the day, there will be good reviews aswell as the bad. You just so happened to receive bad reviews recently. Instead of complaining about the negative reviews received, take on the constructive criticism and look how your company can improve on the issues raised. There is no point in blaming the venues; that they do not have the optimum environment to run your services, their Wi-Fi is too slow, bla bla, be more self sufficient for crying out loud.

Use E-There.com at your own peril
Use E-There.com at your own peril - you have been warned.
I don’t normally write reviews but felt the necessity to post one to warn potential customers from using this company E-There.com.
On the day of the wedding, was not able to leave messages for the new happy couple. The live streaming was late by approx 30 minutes - so this completely defies the purpose of ‘live streaming’. Therefore, missed the most important part of the ceremony; vows, exchange of rings, declaration of husband and wife etc.
When streaming was finally on, could only see guests having refreshments from afar and photos being taken. Audio was poor. Streaming quality was appalling. Resolution was unwatchable. It was terrible.
The videographer was bone idle lazy. It seemed this person simply plonked the camera on a tripod and walked off for a pint or to put their feet up. There was no care, no quality control, no pride in their work. It was like watching a wedding through the eyes of a CCTV camera. Was this videographer previously a security guard?
I question this videographers credentials and whether they are qualified for this job.
There was a scene where the camera was dumped in front of 2 chairs and was filming these 2 empty chairs for over 15 minutes!!
What was this thick person doing?! Were they stu-pid or really stu-pid? What were they thinking? They are work shy and evidently an imbecile.
Absolutely pathetic.
I don’t know how much money was spent on E-There.com and on this videographer but this couple clearly needs an investigation carried out and a full refund and compensation to be provided.
Congratulations E-There.com and the idiot for ruining their once in a lifetime memories.

Unacceptable experience
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to attend the wedding in person. Fortunately, it can be live-streamed on your platform. Unfortunately, the first 30 mins, which included the most important part such as vows and exchange of rings, was not available. When the livestream was finally fixed, I could only watch the photo taking, refreshment, etc. And seemed the camera was just fixed at somewhere else instead of handled by a photographer. This was not what I expected! I feel so sorry to the newlyweds!

Shoddy service
Due to pandemic travel restrictions, I was relieved to know that the wedding was to be streamed online, where I was able to send a personal video message and still feel as close attendance to this special occasion as possible.
I was shocked to discover that when streaming finally happened the most important and main event was over.
I missed the bride walking down the aisle, exchange of rings, the vowels and signing with the registrar.
That must be so heartbreaking to the wedded couple, I feel so sorry for them as they had put so much effort and life savings in during the whole pandemic year organising it all; my heart bleeds for them.
One thing that was good about this company is that some pictures and sounds came through when the wedding was almost finished. There was a lot of fuzzy picture buffering, sounds cutting in and out, like you were in an unreliable Wi-Fi zone or on dial up connection.
There was a huge part where the camera was pointed to a chair, like the camera person had gone off on a break. What was the point of that?
I think if this is the standard this company delivers, then you’d be better of getting your mates FaceTiming their weddings on their iPhones. At least your mates would provide the goodwill, put in the effort and have your best intentions at heart.
If I could give zero points, I would, but good luck to anybody who is considering using this company.
Sorry to the newly wed couple, I feel for you. We’ll make it up to you when we get back to the UK.

Streamed my best mate's wedding and missed half of it. Didn't start on time, audio wasn't present, signal was so bad it was almost unwatchable.

Great in theory, poor in execution
As with most of the world in 2021, most of our overseas wedding guests were unable to celebrate with us in person. Live streaming was such a wonderful idea to resolve that. However, the whole experience was not as we, or our guests had hoped.
For full disclosure, we have paid in full, and this review is not meant to seek compensation (sadly no amount of money can rewind time to do it properly). This is an honest review to inform people thinking of using this company, and also feedback for E-There to make improvements, because we really like the concept.
CONS:
1. The company is heavily reliant on the venue's wifi signal. Our venue’s wifi worked fine for our iPhones and Spotify, but E-There's equipment could not livestream off it somehow. This meant that our online guests missed the first 20 mins including my wife walking down the aisle, our vows, exchanging of rings, and all the guests reactions. When we found this out from our family and friends later, this was devastating.
2. Eventually, the videographer switched from using the venue’s wifi to using her personal mobile phone hotspot. However, perhaps because it was 3G, the stream was very low quality. Our online guests reported distorted images, corrupted sounds, and sometimes cutting out completely.
3. There is a function for guests to leave video messages. However, more than half the people who tried the function failed to get it working.
4. After the wedding, the company whatsapped to say that the videos were available to download, and asked us to confirm the email address to send the links to, which we did (even though we had previously corresponded over email when discussing payment). Despite the confirmation, they still sent to the wrong email. There is no password protection on those links, so our special day is out there with some random stranger. We know that they sent it to another address because of point 5 below.
5. They eventually sent the email to the correct address after chasing and reconfirming. This was a “forwarded” email, where we discovered in the email chain that they had already sent it to another person. There were 4 parts to the video, and Part 3 was someone else’s wedding. So we had access to another person’s special day!
6. One part of our wedding was a Chinese Tea Ceremony in a specific part of the venue, which involves the wedded couple giving tea to elders sat on chairs. We had prepped the videographer about the approximate timing of this, but she stuck to it too rigidly. The Tea Ceremony had not yet started, but she was already filming in this part of the venue while all the action was still happening next door where our guests were mingling. Our online guests were watching two empty chairs for 15mins. Some of our online guests, not versed in the intricacies of Chinese weddings, logged off, thinking the filming was over, and missed the ceremony altogether. We would have liked it if the videographer was more proactive, using her initiative to follow the action instead, since weddings don’t always run exactly like clockwork.
7. Weeks prior to the wedding, we discussed the Order of the Day with the owner of the company. We were concerned that the Tea Ceremony which was at the end of the filming could potentially overrun by 10/15mins. We really wanted to capture this fully, but didn’t want to go for an upgraded package which includes additional hours we definitely didn’t need (and was starting to blow our budget). The owner was quite pushy and inflexible during the discussions, saying that he will instruct the videographer to stick to the timings down to the minute, and we would need to upgrade the package to guarantee everything is captured. This left a sour taste. We would have liked it if he were more flexible, e.g. pay-as-you-go per 10mins overrun, etc. We stuck to the original package.
From the list of CONS above, they definitely deserve 0 stars, but we give them 1 star for these redeeming factors:
PROS:
a) The tea ceremony actually did overrun by 15mins, but the videographer stayed and filmed to the very end. She deserved her tip for that. This was very special to us, so thank you.
b) The downloaded videos were of decent quality.
c) Whatsapp messaging was responsive.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
i) E-There, you must get portable wifi equipment. It’s ineffective to have your service be at the mercy of a venue’s wifi. We are in London and your equipment was failing. This must be addressed.
ii) You must fix your video message function. This was one of the reasons we chose you, and it does not work consistently.
iii) You must be more careful with your email communications, and maybe password protect files. You are sending the wrong videos to the wrong people. In most lines of work, this would constitute a breach of confidentiality and privacy. This needs urgent attention.

Can't recommend eThere enough. We'd looked into several options for live streaming our wedding but all the other options were so expensive so for us this was a great happy medium. The team were really helpful with honest advice & so quick to respond to emails. All the information provided before means you can test the systems & be confident it's working before going live. The audio & visual quality was great & all our online guests loved it!
My dad was able to join our wedding from Colombia
My husband and I got married Aug 2021 and unfortunately my dad and family from Colombia couldn't come due to the ongoing Covid restrictions. We were so worried of hiring a livestream company as we have never had to use one before, but these guys made it all worth it!
E-there made it possible for all our loved ones to be present at our wedding! They started the live stream really early with plenty of time and also ended the stream after showing our loved ones a tour of our venue. The quality was so good that our family and friends were even able to screen shot pieces of the wedding!
Our family was also able to send us messages through the web page e-there built and it even had a countdown on it!
We are currently trying to download our livestream to keep. Which is another pro, as we were able to relive our big day sooner, as our videographer and photographer haven't sent us our photos yet!!!
We honestly can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you to all the team and a special thanks to Emma for capturing our day x
