Excellent service
Excellent service, very quick & easy to order after the online consultation. Lifesaver for getting me antibiotics for a tooth infection which has thankfully cleared up. Thank god these services are available as trying to get a dental appointment was “painful” itself.

Honestly
Honestly, top people at this place. They did an initial check, questions etc, all online. I got the antibiotics the next morning. Tooth pain was unbearable, but now all gone. I wanted to hug these people, send flowers, invite to my home, everything........Honestly, I can't thank them enough.
Obviously, it is also important to follow the other steps (aftercare); go see doctor/dentist etc.

They take your money before deciding if you can have item…
After going through a longwinded questionnaire I was allowed to purchase required medication. However, after checking status today, Saturday morning. I was shocked to see an awaiting decision sign. After going through chatbot,apparently my medication is not available. So I rang for a refund, of course they are closed for weekend. I don't call this very good business practice. Their bottom line must be on the floor

I do want to gently clarify a couple of points — our consultation process is an essential part of ensuring that treatments are clinically safe and suitable for each patient, and typically only takes around 2 minutes to complete.
Having looked into your case, I can see that we emailed you requesting some further information before your order could be processed — unfortunately we are unable to dispatch medication until any outstanding queries have been resolved, and we do outline within the consultation that orders may occasionally be placed on hold for this reason.
I’m also unable to locate any live chat interaction or any communication advising that your item was unavailable, so I’m sorry if there has been any confusion there.
I can confirm that your refund has been processed as requested, and I’m sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order on this occasion.
