Unique hinge needed for antique dropleaf table
I was refinishing an antique dropleaf table, E-Rigging was the only place I could find the unique hinges I needed for the support legs. The prices were great and it shipped fast. I'll definitely check here again for any unique hinge needs.

In this rapidly evolving economy E-Rigging seems to be handing things in good order and without to many hiccups. Supply is ample. Delays seem few and ordering is an absolute breeze. I could spend easily an hour elaborating on the short comings of some websites but not here. Keep up the great work !

No tracking.
No tracking number sent to me. I found out it was supposed to send automatically and something must of happened. It shipped on time.

Call and double check shipping
I ordered a pulley and paid for second day air delivery. However the shipping department sent it ground and it took me trying to track it for a week to realize something was wrong. When I called they were able to figure it out, but by that point a 30 dollar pulley cost me $3,800 dollars in down time and equipment fees due to the mistake.

I give your company an A+ for fast service and quality of materials. The problem I have is with the UPS delivery. The tracking program said my order was delivered on Aug. 11, 2025. It was not delivered on that date to the Garden Valley post office, the Georgetown post office, nor my physical address (5481 Henness Gap Road, Garden Valley, CA 95633). The order still has not arrived, and I do not expect it to be delivered this late in the game. Maybe I did something wrong in my ordering of the eye nuts. Oh well I am just being truthful and honest. Maybe small orders should be sent via USPS and large heavy orders go FEDEX.

I have used E-Rigging several times and I can say without exception these folks are great. I have a large back deck I installed one of their systems on and a large separate pool deck that I have installed one of their systems on. Everything from call backs, tech support and even price has been great. I will
tell anyone who will listen that if you are going to install a cable railing system these are the guys you want to use an no, I don't work for or am not related to anyone. I just like to recognize a good product and great service when I get it.
