Good people@
Their clients frequently are less than honorable (or, to be charitable, less than competent), but the E-R people always come through. I've been doing their surveys for over a decade and will continue to do so.
Easy Peasy
This was a very easy way to receive and print out a gift card. They make it so easy. I contacted customer service and they got back to me immediately. Super response!! I am happy to use this Co.
Good way to earn rewards
Good way to earn rewards. If and when there is a problem the service is fast and efficient to resolve. Excellent experience!

I love taking surveys and getting rewarded for my opinions! Been a member for over 10 years!

e-Rewards IS rewarding, easy to do and a great way to use your time AND earn great rewards!
I only do surveys since day 1 here
I only do surveys since day 1 here , I love it. It not only has very informative surveys, which I learn about the subjects of the survey. I also have fun doing them. Great E rewards love it
Surveys
I am not pressured to take any of the surveys, I choose which ones I wish to complete. My experience with the rewards has been very much to my liking.
Asking about a specific survey (by…bot reply??
Asking about a specific survey (by survey numbers), and the rep is telling me why they can't give me the points for that survey. Not asking about points, asking if there is a problem with that almost daily survey about TV watching & associated commercials (poprewards).
I frequently will complete 70% plus of…
I frequently will complete 70% plus of a survey before being told I don't qualify. That means I may have spent 20-30 mins and only get the "partial credit" which is typically about 1/10. Plus the estimated time for taking surveys is about half of actual so your points earned are woefully less "per hour" than indicated. It feels like a scam.
I average $50 in rewards every month
I average $50 in rewards every month. Would like to see more options for food and dining.
they kick me off their panel for some…
they kick me off their panel for some reason! I had been a member for a long time and I am not sure why they did this, so I have a negative opinion of them
Easy to reedeem
short turnaround for real rewards
there is a shorter turnaround for real rewards like gift cards at real stores near me; but the games challenges are hokey, with unrealistic goals and chance for spam
Something fun to do
It's usually fun to take the surveys. Sometimes it's frustrating to spend a long time answering questions just to be told I'm not qualified. The rewards help me to get e-gift cards which I almost always use for my over-the-counter medications that are expensive. Customer service is good.
SCAM!!!
My experience is nothing new (others have writtn about it here already). I have been a member (Canada) for about 8 years. Recently they just stopped sending me the offers. When I asked - the answer was: "Your account has been stopped by our system due to account violations and the ultimate decision to permanently suspend your account has been made by our Accounts Department.
Right now, we are not able to provide specific details in relation to a case as it may compromise our internal security system processes." I am positive I had not comitted any "violations" and they, of course would not explain! On top of it I am now not able to use my collected before e-rewards points (more than 70!)...
E-Rewards is a waste of your time
E-Rewards used to be good. They changed their reward system a little while ago and now it is very difficult to make enough points to get gift cards. Now they require you to verify your identity before they'll let you get your earned gift card. It's a company whose sole mission is to sell our information and now they want to get my identity and important documents to verify that??? No thanks.
Run away from them. Far, far away.
e-Rewards comes through again!…
Occasionally I am closed out at the end of a survey and told "sorry you don't qualify. When I verify my experience with photos e-Rewards has always been very generous and rewarded my the whole or partial point credit!! Yeah!
Great experiences with e-rewards over…
Great experiences with e-rewards over past 10+ years. I always redeem for JetBlue fight miles🇺🇸👍🏿🇺🇸
