I have done a lot of Business over the last couple of years with E - Pocket & I have always found them responsive and pleasant to deal with
If problems happen, they are sorted out Quickly

Took over a day to get the money into my account. Had to contact the company four times to get it to happen. Needed to supply bank account screenshot.
When the money was in the account I was told I would have to supply copy of the recipients ID card. They have no right to ask for this especially since it was being sent to a bank account. I am trying to get my money back from them at the moment.

The money has now been refunded.

Some difficulties making first transfer however Brendan quickly assisted to guide me through the process and completed the transaction promptly.
Exchange rate was very competitive too.

I've been conned twice by crypto trading company: both Australian blessed by ASIC one of them is E-POCKET based in Melbourne. They without giving reason blocked my account so I couldn't trade. In meantime shares went up 30-40%and I missed on revenue. They explained to me that they don't have to give reason for blocking my account!!!! They are self regulatory company for their own advantage. Think not twice but many times before you join them!!

Being able to speak to a 'real' person without waiting in a long queue was a game hanger for me.
In addition to this the zero fees were not accompanied by a discounted exchange rate but by a very competitive one.
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff together with the above will mean I continue to use e-pocket to transfer funds internationally.

It s run by scammers.so before use it be careful. Your money may be will not receive. Australian government should take action against e-Pocket. So please don’t use them .

It was an excellent experience tranfering money via Epocket app. It was very easy and simple. Brendan from E pocket walk me through setting up an account, step by step process of transferring money and offered competitive rate and he make sure the money was deposited in my account within a few minutes.
