What they state on the website is accurate. The delivery times are satisfactory. Whenever I had any questions, the responses were immediate and clear.

I bought a camera and lens kit. The product is perfect and sold at a much lower price than in my country (though the warranty is a little different). Communication was pleasant and fast. Shipping was a little slower, taking almost two weeks. Considering the savings, it's fine, but there's room for improvement.

I have purchased various photographic items from this company over the years and have always found them good to deal with. Items have been received on time and at very fair prices. I am happy to recommend them.

Very fast delivery without cost. The product good as expected.

I order my Sony a7c2 from the store, knew from other photographers that it is a very good store. They informed me about my camera language restrictions, which was totally fine with me, and moved on with the order. They send me pictures of my item being packed and arrived about 10 days later with DHL service in Greece. I will of course order another time from them, first order was totally fine, and hopefully it will remain that way.

All given information was correct aswell delivery time.
If I need some new camera equipment, i will buy at E-infinity

This is the 4th time I've bought a lens from E-infinity and as always it's an excellent customer service , received it within 10-12 days to Belgium and any questions are quickly responded . No customs fees or shipping costs . Recommended !!

Excellent value & good customer service, items shipped promptly with tracking information & courier options to collect from a local (DHL service) store. The Items arrived in perfect condition, with all accessories included & the most recent firmware revisions installed.

I purchased a Sony FE 20–70mm f/4 G lens from E-Infinity in June 2025. After a few months of normal use, I noticed visible dust/fibre inside the lens.
I contacted customer service regarding the issue. The response was professional and clear. They confirmed the item was covered under their 12-month warranty and allowed me to have the lens inspected locally rather than shipping it overseas.
They specified a reasonable labour cost limit in advance, which made the process transparent. I had the lens assessed and professionally cleaned at a local repair service. After submitting the invoice, E-Infinity refunded the agreed amount as a goodwill gesture without unnecessary delays.
The process required documentation and communication, but overall it was handled fairly and professionally. I appreciate that they honored their warranty and processed the refund.
Based on my experience, I would consider purchasing from them again.

Legit camera store at great price!

I placed two orders recently and received new camera equipment as expected. Prices were very good. Parcel tracking info was provided by Royal Mail once the items had reached the UK.

Very very fast shipping in 6 days! Lenses delivered without fees with Fedex (as indicated on their website). Excellent tracking when product has dispatched. Lenses are new as described. Ask a question on their website and you get an answer under 24 hours. I recommend and my next order will be with e infinity!.

I've bought from E-Infinity on numerous occasions as their pricing is very good and have always had a reasonable, and informed, delivery window from purchase to getting the items delivered at no additional cost. This time the item was arriving before the email telling me it was being delivered; which threw my plans but easily able to rearrange a delivery day. I have every confidence with the company and will continue to purchase my items from them.

I got very good new lens Samyang AF 14-24 mm f/2,8 FE pro Sony E-mount for a very good price, everything arrived safe and quick, I am satisfied.
