I bought the foldimate from the EFOLDIMATE page on the internet. After i was already paying a lot of money told me to add 100€ more than the average one costed to get the newest one that was a bit more expensive( like the money they will get for free wasn’t enough).After this i told them no i want the old model i did the payment after that we will send you the delivery once we receive the money, we are having some problems with the deliveries, it will be delivered in two days, we are in contact with fedEx, it will be delivered today. And it never came. Please watch out and don’t make the same mistake like me.
Never buy from the pages where it says foldimate the company doesn’t exist anymore they went bankrupt at2021, i had to learn it the hard way.
I hope the scammers never do good in their life for making other people life harder.

I purchased two machines in January, and have not received my the product or an answer from the company, I’d like my money back or my products delivered, this company is a joke and a Scam

I didn’t purchase but I’m warning you. It’s a scam. The address is California they’re asking for a wire transfer and euros 😂 also the address for the company if u google map it is a house in California lol. Cmon they can’t even scam well. Don’t fall for this. Trust there will be a robot affordable for laundry one day.. just like floor robots. Be patient don’t fall for this awful scam. Might pay a visit to that house w the money I was gonna use for the robot 🫣 knock knock

I fell for this scam. I had thought that I would be able to see through a scam like this. I have been waiting for my product for over a month now and all the mails to them have not been answered. Please do send money.

I have paid them, but I did not get a product. I tried to contact them, but no result. It has been over a month now. I should have searched for reviews before ordering..

The original company filed for bankruptcy. FoldiMate no longer exists.
The sites you see online are scammers pretending to be FoldiMate.

Its a scam buying on e-foldimate no replay on your questions you only recive a e mai with what you order and it will be on hold for ever if you track your order you only lose your monny

The original company went bankrupt in 2021.

Scam! Filled out all the into to order one and realized the only payment option was unreclaimable direct bank transfer. Like others said, site is just a scam trying to trick people because of TikTok that advertised this but original company went bankrupt.

Its a pure scam.
The original foldimate project dissapeared since 2010.
You need to wire money to them, in that way they are sure you can never take that money back.
Be aware!!
If it would have been legit they would at least offer more payment services than you wiring money to their account.

its a scam - devices get not shipped - no adress or company is written on the whole website -
you can contact them but its a typical scam website..
