Purchased the Microsoft Project Programme a couple of weeks ago just before going on holiday but realized after it was installed on my laptop that I had bought the wrong one. Emailed e-courses4you straight away, explaining my mistake and asked if they could help. I received a quick reply from Kelly Williams saying that if I contacted them on my return from holiday, they could help. Today I telephone them and immediately the problem was resolved by them sending me the programme I should have ordered, which I very much appreciated and am very grateful for. I cannot thank you enough.

I purchased the ICDL course with 7 exams in October 2025, but I did not start the course until March 2026. Customer Service Administrator Kelly Williams activated my course; however, I was unable to complete it by March 27. I was worried about my progress and the money I had spent.
I explained my situation to customer service, and Kelly Williams kindly extended my course for another year with an affordable payment plan.
I recommend e-course4you for providing flexible pricing plans and helpful guidance to help students achieve their goals. Special thanks to Kelly Williams for her patience and prompt communication.

Bought a Windows computer package from them. Had a few problems installing it, ( my fault) . Very reasonably priced, working fine now.

I purchased and installed Microsoft Office 2021. Unfortunately I had a problem activating the software.
With the excellent support from the technical team the issue was soon solved.
The fault was mine in that the zoom and font sizes on my laptop were far to big. This meant the activation button wasn't showing. With their support I was able to install and activate the software. Thank you.

Replied promptly to emails and were pleasant to work with. My product licence was to expire in 7 days and my new PC had to be returned so I needed an extension,e-courses for you oblidged without any hassle.

Had a conversation with Ben at the company via both e-mail and phone, and he was Incredibly helpful, and has excellent customer service skills.

Sadly I didn't go with this company for my own personal reasons (nothing to do with the company), though I may use them in the future.

Recently purchased M’soft Office for my PC. Had problem installing the software but received excellent help and support from Kelly. This has resulted in the successful installation of the program.

I purchased an Online Basic Accounts and Bookkeeping Course with E-courses4you on 30 October 2024, my experience was

I bought a Microsoft Licence for my laptop but it will not work on Windows 11 S mode. I informed Kelly in customer services and she is looking into a refund for me. Her response was very quick and she was very helpful in advising me what to look for when I tried to install the licence.

I bought Ms Office 2019 and found it difficult to install. However, Kelly Williams / Customer Service Administrator, came to my aid and all ended happily.

I was able to perform to my capability with the maths courses, being thoughtfully put together in a structured and self-explanatory way. Questions were made understandable to help solve them with solutions right to the point, which your answers can be compared to each varying level of mathematical skills discerned at a time.

Fabian was amazing help towards getting my ECDL certificate. He sat with me through all my exams. If I had any questions - they all were answered. Very professional and helpful! Thank you!
