Good products but poor cust service.
Your website is extremely slow and difficult to navigate, and it seems well overdue for an update. I am also constantly frustrated by the lack of detail about your products and spare parts! I have bought several parts, such as nozzles and HE parts, that did not fit any of the assemblies I owned. I don't understand why you don't list every HE or extruder that each part fits so that the customer can buy the correct parts. It doesn't help to call either--I have never had a call answered--poor customer service in my experience.

Finally an extruder that just works!! So far working great!!!I have tried a number of Chinese junk ones. You get what you pay for..
I’m not a big fan of the temp sensor used in the hot end though. Way too sensitive to cracking and it’s tough to get any left over broken pieces. Maybe make it a through hole..

Holes did not match motor
Purchased the water cooling block for a NEMA23 motor. The mounting holes on the block were approx. 0.5mm off from the matching the motor's screws. I had to make the holes on the block larger. I do love the machined finish quality. Just wished i didn't have to make the holes bigger.
