Ordered.. paid… delivered… no problems

What a shocking company. I am trying to return purchased items as they do not fit. They will not send me a return label contrary to what they state in their website. They have offered me $15 ‘compensation ‘ to keep the items but I spent over $100 to buy them. Absolute rogues! I hope they read this review. I’ll never buy from them again Poor thin quality rubbish clothing which were small and not true to size. Avoid at all costs!

I have written 3 emails to you over the last 3 days, looking to find out how to return an item and obtain a refund or credit note, as yet I have not been answered with an intelligent response

Lovely top though quite expensive when added to the cost of postage. Unusual design. I did email the company as l was unable to track my parcel. They answered and l did receive it the next day by coincidence.m

I bought two items for my partner. The quality of both items is poor and when I wanted to return one of the sweaters, they didn’t have a return policy. I had to negotiate a partial refund.
This website is a scam in the it is poor quality items at a reason price. It is just a rip off.

Bought the oversized green jumper - its always difficult when you order something on the Internet of what it will be like when it arrives.. but thus was really lovely- tge colour was deep and fresh like in the picture and the wool mix is soft. I ordered the small - I'm normally a size 12 and its a perfect size. Love it 😀

I love the tunic although I would’ve preferred it to be coloured on the inside instead of white but that’s my only (tiny) complaint. It’s so comfortable and flattering and beautiful vibrant colours.
Delivery was good too
