Terrible Service

I would very much advise against using dynavin UK. I would say whoever runs it is probably doing it as a part time gig as communication is hit and miss and he only seems to reply at night. He sat on a next day delivery order for a cable for a week. When I pulled him up on it, he interrogated me about where we had got the head unit from. Our customer had supplied it to us to fit, so we weren't going to divulge his personal data to some random guy selling car stereo out of his garage. But rather than apologise profusely for the poor customer service, he cancelled the order (although still waiting for a refund at this stage). Terrible attitudes, and I would hazard a bet that he's the kind of pathetic worm that take satisfaction from situations like this.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I paid for my radio to be repaired. Shipped it to the repair location as requested and now have heard nothing so I don’t have my radio and am out of pocket for the repair. My only remaining option is legal action so I hope they respond to me before it gets to that.

Don't buy from Dynavin UK before reading this

I ordered the Dynavin N7 Pro for Mustang 2010-2014 costing £600. When it arrived the air conditioning controls did not work. I informed Dynavin UK immediately, sending videos of the issue, and had several email exchanges with John at Dynavin UK asking me to check software and then me to download new firmware. John promised twice to send new firmware on SD card which never arrived. After a month with no solution I asked for a replacement unit or repair. Since then I have heard nothing from Dynavin UK, no response at all to my emails. So I am left with a unit that does not work correctly, a supplier that refuses to engage and a bill for £600. I will now claim a refund via my credit card and reinstall the original system. Hugely disappointed and £600 out of pocket.
