APPALING COMPANY - DO NOT USE. I had to chase the company several times to find out where my order was, it arrived two weeks after we needed it. I am now trying to get an invoice from them, I have emailed them, sent messages on their enquiries form and phoned them - in all I have tried to contact them at least 7 times - worst customer service EVER!

Absolutely poor customer service. I returned my item 3/4 weeks ago. Left numerous messages and sent several email no response. They have received my return just not refunded my monies.
I would never order from them again.. I have informed family and friend of their disgusting poor customer service

My original order arrived in good time, however I have since returned as I ordered the wrong item. After multiple calls and emails I have still not received my money back, despite confirmation the package has been signed for and received by them.
Terrible customer service and I have still received £0 back!! I would appreciate a response from the company before I take this further.

I Ordered 4 product on Thursday paying 20 £ more for the next day delivery. I received the box yesterday, Tuesday.
After 5 days. I sent some emails but never received an answer, I tried to call and no answer. I want my money back.

I ordered a product and they sent a different one telling me sorry we don't have the other one in but still charged me full price for the original one

Dangerous smoke grenades and flares 2 spit bits out with flames on and one exploded. Do not use. You been told. These guys should be shut down

The product is excellent. I would say the response time from the team is very slow. I emailed several times and sent many Instagram messages with no responses.

The orange 60 second smoke grenades didn’t work

We ordered 3 smoke grenades and not one of them worked! We set up a gender reveal and the whole party was ruined by this! We had nearly 80 people in a field waiting and they got nothing! The mum to be was heart broken!

They worked a treat. The whole family loved them. Great addition to our gender reveal and we created some amazing photos within the blue smoke.

How can i have a gender reveal when i order flares the same size or i thought they would be. Then 2 big pink ones show up and 4 small blue ones as soon as someone passed us the flares we would instantly know what we are having. You should take customer details in future instead of assuming it would be ok to guess we would want them. Wont be using again

Was searching for a hand held flare and found them on the dynasty party website, they were a bit pricey but after watching the video and reading the reviews I decided to buy a couple. The site was easy to use to place the order and was delivered quickly and in time and they were packed well, that is the positives.
Unfortunately after reading the instructions and following them to the letter, I was left totally disappointed and dissatisfied, once lit there was a puff of smoke and the stars and sparkle just did not materialise, in fact have had more stars and sparkle in an ordinary sparkler, these were a total waste of money and wish I had saved my money and gone with the sparklers! Would definitely not recommend or use again.
