I ordered a replacement cover for our 2 year old dynasty Mattress. We broke the zipper while moving it into our new RV, Dynasty cancelled my order with no explanation. I emailed them with no response and tried calling them several times over a 2 day period. They don't answer the phone.
Extremely poor / non-existent customer service
I have been sleeping on my Dynasty Mattress for about 3 months now and I can say it's been the best sleep of my life. No joke. This mattress is like sleeping on a cloud. I wake up feeling more rested than ever and it really helps me take on the day with more energy.
Ordered May 24th 2024 $2208 bedframe. My credit card was charged immediately. Website said shipping generally 1-3 days could take 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later I received 2nd email response to dozens sent. First email said materials to be received June 1st with ship date within about 10 days. Second email a few days later said ship date ETA OCTOBER. I was offered a refund and now again, they are none responsive. They don't answer chat or phone AT ALL and emails ... don't hold your breath.
The adjustable mattress I got from this store has transformed my sleep experience. The customizable positions and massage feature are a dream.
