I bought the EVE-NG full lab pack which is excellent and I had an issue that was down to myself but I emailed David at the help desk and 40 mins later I was up and running. Excellent customer service and great product

I bought the Eve-ng full pack last month but due to my own mistake of not reading the instructions I found out that my M1 MAC isn't compatible with Eve-ng due to lack of support from VMware. So, I emailed back the team to kindly request if they could swap my EVE-NG full pack with GNS3 pack instead which they happily obliged.

The service is good in general regardless of some images full of issues but they fix them quickly when u send them emails.

also the labs have great to master subjects.

utter rubbish, They're saying something is really bad. They claim there are over 300 labwork books, but they're just putting together labs you can already find for free online. None of the labs are complete, they're just bits and parts. It's not worth buying at all.

I had issues with my email account, getting compromised and I had to change email addresses, I contacted support explained what had happened and asked that the packages I had purchased be transferred over to my download area on my new email account

I have used many other hosted EVE-ng and even tried GCP and OVH and the servers would crash when you launched more then 2 routers on it. I have launched 15 routers on this server and it works amazing.

Wow, I have spent so many hours troubleshooting GNS3 and getting the dang thing to work properly for years. I used it to get my CCNP and have worked for Amazon for the last 6 years. I now am back trying to buttress my knowledge and I had to find a training platform that was easier than I had experienced in the past. The DYNAMIPS FULL-PACK is AMAZING!. I just started with it but so far it's been seamless. Just get a VMWare hypervisor. I'm actually using Fusion 11. Install the VM, what ever one you choose, I chose GNS3 because I am so familiar with it. It Just Works. I'm impressed so far. Thanks.

I purchased the EVE-NG Full Pack last year, however I somehow misplaced my lab workbook files. I reached out to the crew at Dynamips to see what I needed to do in order to get another copy of the workbook files. They responded promptly and provided me with the appropriate links in order to download the files needed. This type of customer satisfaction is something to really be proud of.

Easy to use, will build it out for you quickly, My mistake, I didn't realize it was community build and had to migrate images one by one to Pro edition.

It is good for practicing and it’s working.

Very helpful product. I don't waste my time to upload the virtual equipments on eve-ng. Everything is ready and working very well.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong product due to the product names are similar. So, I contacted the Customer Support Team. The rep was very respectful, responsive and supportive.
